I have been using this sleeve to support my plantar fasciitis and Achilles pain while doing freelance dancing, and it’s been genuinely helpful. It gives steady compression around the ankle and heel, which feels supportive on days when I’m not using my cold compress. I first ordered a medium, but even with slim ankles it felt a bit too snug, likely better for cooler days when feet don't swell. The large fits more comfortably in warm, humid weather. The material is breathable and easy to wear for long periods. Overall, a simple and effective sleeve for daily support and recovery.

I have very weak ankles, and sprained one very badly a few weeks ago. I've decided to wear compression socks/light braces on both ankles any time I'm out walking now, to try and keep from another bad sprain. I love that these are beige and discreet for wearing with sandals. They end up digging in around the middle of my ankle after a full day of wear, but they help with pain and I feel more stable with them. I've bought two pairs now, would recommend.

I should be a large size according to the size chart , but as others have said they can be a bit too tight so i ordered the x large , I still found these too tight to wear , they are nice and thin , and did give some support , but found them too uncomfortable to wear for too long . so my search continues
