These things are legit! This is not the typical ones you find in Walmart, Ross, TJMaxx etc. This is a true blade that will indeed do authentic dermaplaning. That said, be EXTREMELY careful with this as you can easily cut yourself. I highly recommend to anyone experienced but if you have no experience I would opt for the typical ones you can buy in the stores previously mentioned.

I’ve been using these sterile disposable scalpels for dermaplaning, and I’m honestly very impressed with the quality especially for the price point. Each blade comes individually packaged and clearly sterile, which is extremely important for both professional and at-home use. The blades are sharp, precise, and glide smoothly across the skin without tugging or causing irritation. That clean, controlled edge is exactly what you want for effective dermaplaning. What I also love is the consistency every single scalpel in the box performs the same. No dull blades, no inconsistencies. The handle feels lightweight but still easy to control, giving you a steady grip during use. I’ll definitely be repurchasing.

Great for removing dead skin and peach fuzz. A lot of other blades have the little teeth that are great for preventing scrapes and cuts but don’t quite get close enough for me. You do have to be careful because they are very, very sharp and you can cut yourself. It does have rounded edge that is very helpful in preventing the little cuts. My skin is super smooth and my makeup goes on amazing after using. As a 47 year old that makes a huge difference.

Not sharp enough and does not work no matter what products you put under it to remove hair and how you use it. The durability is very cheap and it is not valuable even if it’s for less than $15. I would not recommend this product for your body including your face, upper lips, under arms, and anywhere on your body.

They do the job just thought they were going to be sharper

Very hygienic that it comes in individual packaging! Every blade comes with a cover and a small sandpaper to keep the blades sharp! Perfect to keep reusing on their own.

I really liked that each dermaplaning blade is individually packaged, which helps keep them clean and sanitary until you’re ready to use them. As a hairstylist/barber who works with sharp tools every day, I did not feel like these blades were particularly sharp. That may actually be a positive for someone who is new to dermaplaning and wants something a little less aggressive. I used them on dry skin, but you can also use a facial oil for more glide. They did a nice job removing peach fuzz and left my skin feeling smooth afterward. Just be sure not to use them over active acne or irritated areas. While they worked well on facial hair, I didn’t notice much additional exfoliation from my first use. I’ll continue using them every couple of weeks and see how they perform over time. Overall, a decent option, especially for removing peach fuzz.
