Can you prepare a "batch" for the week or does it have to be prepared as you use it?

I don't see why you couldn't prepare a batch for the week, but it mixes up so quickly I haven't had the need to.

do you know what the point value is for weight watchers?

The points plus value is 1 point for 2 tablespoons. 1.5 fat, 6g carbs, 1g fiber, and 4g protein.

My favorite use is to slice ripe bananas and reconstitute the PB2 (I sometimes use the plain, sometimes the cocoa and sometimes almond powder) with enough water and a little vanilla to be able to put small dollops on the banana slices on a tray. I then freeze them and pop them in ziplock bags and keep in freezer for snacking. Like ice cream for me! I also use them in muffins in place of defatted peanut flour.
