The Egyptian Tortoise, Testudo kleinmanni Lortet, 1883: A Fascinating Little Beauty Paperback – June 26, 2019

This is a great book for someone that is interested in keep Egyptian's and for someone who already keeps them. I would like to see a volume 2 with updates about the population in the wild and how other keep them as well when it comes to enclosures and bedding etc.

This book tells you in detail what you need to know about this wonderful species. The pictures are outstanding, the education about their origin, husbandry, breeding and keeping in general can not be better. A book everybody should have.

Really accurate and specific, all you need to know is there! Really well done and easy to understand also the more complex and technical parts.

I read a lot of books about tortoise but I put this one on the first or second position for the practical information that you can find inside. A full descriction of the specie and the setup used to mantain in best condition (remember that it is mantained indoor in tortoise table or vivarium).
