These ice packs are large enough to wrap around my knee, wrap with a polo wrap, and stay cold for a good long time while I nap and enjoy the pain relief! I have bought and used MANY different ice packs, and these hold the cold, yet are the most versatile since they are soft and malleable. Highly recommended.

These were recommended by someone with shoulder surgery and I remembered they were what my previous physical therapy office used. I absolutely love them. Since I had shoulder surgery I ordered 2 of them for my daughter's house when I was visiting up north and my son-in-law started using them also, so I left them. When I got home I removed the other 3 ice packs I had been using and ordered 2 more of these. They are heavy enough to stay on your shoulder and stay colder than any of the other ice packs I had used. Cold enough that after doing my shoulder I put it on my knee before it goes back into the freezer. I do put them in a pillow case when using.

I use ice packs frequently and always keep a stack of these in the freezer. They’re the best, in my opinion. My physical therapist used these and I thought they were wonderful. The only thing you need to know is that they must lay flat in the freezer with the gel evenly distributed inside. The gel doesn’t freeze, so the bag remains soft and flexible. But, if the bag gets bunched up in the freezer, it can cause the gel to form clumps inside the bag and those are almost impossible to break up once that happens. The ice packs are still usable when clumps have formed, but the cold gel is less evenly distributed.

I found this product when at the chiropractor, and was very impressed with it, so I ordered it. Love the flexibility and ways you can wrap around an area, and set it in a way that can be more comfortable to use. Simple and effective.

These are very high quality ice packs. Flexible & versatile. Stay cold a long time- they even get a bit frosty. I had to use a flour sack towel underneath.The material stinks when new, so open themup and wash with soap & water and dry well. Even set them outside in the shade for a day. (do not recommend doing that in high temps though)I have the L & XL- used both for hip labral surgery and both worked great.

Really holds the cold a long time. The product is heavy, so it may hurt on an injury, like stitches, or the face. The large size is great for the back.

So this bag is great. It's large enough to cover a large area such as the upper part of your back and I am a big guy so I needed something that could cover both shoulder blades at the same time which this does. The pack works great and is VERY Flexible even when its been in the freezer for days. My only concern is the thing plastic material that houses the gel that is inside. I have 2 of these and it hasn't punctured yet and I use it daily but I am afraid that overtime I will tear it. However at this point I have been using it non stop at least once a day for the last month and its working great and the price is excellent. Stop wasting your time with standard ice packs get this and you won't regret it.

These are by far the best gel packs available. They can maintain their coldness for well over and hour and are very pliable even after being in a deep freeze for days.

Blew out couple dics in my back and while doing physio at the hospital they had them, i looked around for them and would recommend if needing a cold pack these work great much better than those cheap blue gel one's ...

Great product for sports injuries or sore muscles. Stays flexible once it’s taken out of the freezer.

These things are the 800-lb gorilla of cold packs. You need to have a layer or two of cloth when using them, but they'll last a good hour easily.
