Pure Original Ingredients Longjack Extract (8oz) Tongkat Ali, Vegan and Gluten-Free

This product seems to be completely legitimate, despite the lighter color than most people claim is normal. I very strongly feel the proposed effects associated with tongkat ali. Increased libido, energy, mood, and sense of well-being. I have been using 1/2 the package's recommended dose, as this company seems to recommend more than double the traditional dosage for this supplement. 400mg has been plenty to achieve the expected response and almost feels like the upper limit for me (borderline overly energetic). I would certainly recommend working up from a low dosage. I have had no negative effects, but this stuff has strong positive effects, for sure.Pointers:1) Buy a cheap digital scale for dosing; capable of measuring down to hundredths of a gram, for accurate dosing, as 400mg (0.4g) is a very very small amount of powder. I typically place an empty cup on scale, zero the scale, then add powder to appropriate weight (.4g for me), then add orange juice and mix.2) Mix with a strong-flavored fruit juice. It is extremely bitter, even in juice.3) Use a milk frother (cheap ~$10 small, handheld blender) to mix into liquid well. To avoid wasting the powder that ends up sticking to the cup, after drinking, pour a little more juice and blend in that stuck powder and drink the rest.

UPDATE: the1st batch was great, like REALLY good. The 2nd one, not so much. I reached out to their customer service team who promptly issued a refund. I hope they can get the same quality as the 1st batch back.ORIGINAL REVIEW (for the 1st batch): I've tried various dosages of this product. Proceed at your own risk: it definitely works, but to make it noticeable, I had to up the dose several times - please do your own research and study the potential side effects that this product may cause. In my case, at higher doses, I felt more alert, but also, more restless, edgy, and it gave me insomnia. My blood pressure was also up. Nothing major, but I would be very careful with trying high doses of this product. Other than that, it seems to be doing what it's supposed to do.

This amplifies your ball power. Definitely enhances energy for use in all areas of life. Creativity goes up. Sex drive (BALLPOWER!!!). Assertiveness goes up. Inhibitions go down. More motivation and more enthusiasm in all areas. Enhanced thinking ability. Reading is great. Did I mention the oak down below is big and strong?? Def has an increase in depth of ‘pump and engorgement’. I feel so big and bad in that area. No jive! Thanks for a super high quality product. And I like that you can ‘taste’ the potency. First, this powder is extremely strong. I'm used to taking this supplement but different brands, and this actually made me sick to my stomach a few times when I took my usual dose. The second issue I had was the powder clumped together and it turned into a solid lump. I used the same container I always use, and I've never had this happen before. It's something different with this product. I just had to throw away almost the whole bag because it was too hard for me to break any apart, and it eventually just molded because I couldn't use it fast enough. I tried this when the one I usually buy was sold out, but it just didn't work for me.

This is one of the first supplements that I can actually tell it is doing something. It definitely stimulates the metabolism. I like the way I feel, more energized, and more able. However, it is very bitter, so adding into a drink or food is not nice. If you are making your own capsules, no problem. I just plug my nose, and slam it in the morning.

I'll update my star rating once I can see if I feel the effects but figured I'd put this out as a warning to any potential buyers. It is so much more bitter than you think, 400mg seems like such a small amount when you weigh it out but omg it is overpowering. Your pallet does get a little used to it but I would strongly suggest getting pills or getting pill capsules to put this in. Hopefully the strength of the bitterness is correlated with the strength of the results.

Excellent product, it complies with what is done, however I must note that in taste it is extremely bitter and strong, also that the dose described in the package is not always recommended for everyone, if you were, you would start with a dose of 200 mg and that can work quite well, very high doses can give annoying and unwanted effects. Experience a lot of energy, more vascularization and some weight loss. And I warn you once again, the taste is extremely strong and bitter.

I was able to receive quite a savings at buying Longjack somewhat in a bulk package; buying it like this; I think I get triple the product over how I normally buy the product. The one issue I have is that the product is somewhat powdery and is difficult to encapsulate!
