Buyer beware - recommend NOT getting this customized. They literally wrote the names sloppily in sharpie pen. I'm trying to figure out how to remove, because it makes the cute ornament look cheap.

Very pleased with the ornament & service I received from this seller. When I originally ordered the ornament it came in very quickly and is packaged carefully so that the ornament isn't damaged. Unfortunately there was an error in the personalization. I contacted the seller & they were very quick to respond. Once I provided a picture of the error they offered to send a new one at no cost to me. They also told me how I could remove the print from the first ornament so that it could be reused or donated. I was happy enough with their response that I went ahead and ordered another ornament from them. Definitely recommend
