We bought this to use as a drop down table in the kitchen for our Granddaughter who is two. She loves it and can do it herself. Put it at her height with a child’s chair. Only open when she is here.

It is a perfect size for just about anywhere. I have been leaving my desk up all the time . It doesn't seem to be in the way. If needed it can be folded down easily. I really like it.

We used this is a space that could accommodate ADA needed visitors. Easy to install and it folds up and down simply. Will be used as needed.

Just wish is showed which direction is the back vs front (rounded corners/edges vs square/pointy...we accidentally did it backwards:/) It still looks fine but would prevent bruises if you accidentally bump into the corner. We used it at the end of our kitchen cabinets. We did this instead of adding another cabinet, plus granite and now we have more 'counter space' and our trash and recycling cans fit perfectly underneath:)

Easy enough to install, and works for what its meant to be. The quality of the actual table top isnt the best, there were places where the laminate was peeling and scratches on it when I took it out of the box
