Calvin KleinMen's Dress Shirt Slim Fit Non-iron Herringbone

This shirt is not even close to being slim fit. Baggy, boxy, lots of room for a big fat beer belly. I have a slim fit Calvin Klein suit, fits like a dream, I thought this would be the same cut; not even close. If this shirt fits you well, a slim fit CK suit will be much too small for you

This is my husband's 10th Calvin Klein Slim Fit shirt, and that should say it all! We tried various brands before landing on this CK slim fit shirt as the go-to one. Husband was looking for a slim fit with no pockets, spread collar, comfortable good fit, little wrinkling, and non-see through. This Sandstone shirt does all of those things.Because it's flexible all over including under arms and neck, the shirt is comfortable to wear. It has a good fit all over and the slim flit is flattering on him (he has muscular back, arms and shoulders and the shirt follows the contours of his body but doesn't cling to it - it's not extra-slim.) It is just the right length to be tucked in (he's of average height).We got this shirt to replace a Kenneth Cole Reaction shirt that is almost identical in style and color but I swear the KC shirt would wrinkle just by looking at it. I actually liked the fact that the Kenneth Cole didn't have a yoke (a separate piece of fabric sewn in across the shoulders and upper back), but instead had non-noticeable 3" darts on each shoulder. But we just couldn't get past the terrible wrinkling of that shirt. The CK shirt having the yoke makes it look a bit more formal / dressy but it's ok.As far as wrinkles with the Calvin Klein slim fit (cause it was a dealbreaker for other brands): The Calvin Klein irons up easily, surprisingly for a 100% cotton shirt. If you don't sweat, you can wear it a few times before washing without it looking like you did just that. (If you sweat, don't rewear - please, for the love of all that is good!)This shirt has not shrunk in the wash. Even though the label says no ironing, I air dry these shirts and then touch them up with a quick 90 second ironing. Packaging on this shirt varies. It could come in a bubble mailer or in a box. This particular shirt came stuffed into a too-small box but you'd never know - the same quick iron as usual and it was all better.This shirt comes in a bunch of different colors and you can't see through the non-white ones (the white is see-thru, not recommended by me - I'd look elsewhere if you're searching for a thick white shirt).I've included a close-up of the cool herringbone fabric weave. Many colors of this shirt have a really nice sheen to them; the shirt changes colors a bit by looking at it from different angles. This Sandstone shirt doesn't have the sheen that many others in the collection do. I've included a picture of the Purple Dusk color so you can see the nice sheen.The buttons on the CK Slim fit shirts are nice (bit of shiny mother of pearl look to them instead of standard white buttons). The collar stays are your standard flexible plastic. They hold in the shirt reasonably well. Have just lost 2 or 3 over the years.I will continue to buy this model of shirt in other colors. I recommend checking the price over time though because these shirts can wildly fluctuate in price on Amazon.

Material and Care:I absolutely love these shirts. I buy these to save myself from having to iron. I wash them on regular settings and dry on low heat along with most of my other clothes. Straight out of the dryer they can be slightly wrinkled but they disappear after being hung up for 24hrs. After 3 to 4 wash and dry cycles the cuffs and collar need ironing to straighten them out again. The material is slightly thin so you will want to wear an undershirt.Sizing:These shirts are not slim fit by any stretch of the imagination. I'm 6ft 165lbs. I'm a decently tall and slim guy. These shirts fit like a circus tent. They are horrible. I take these shirts to the tailor to get them slimmed down in the torso and the sleeves.Conclusion:I've tried many shirts over the years and these are the easiest to care for. You just have to get them tailored if you're like me and want a truly slim/skinny fit. I've had many shirts custom made by tailors as well and they cant match these materials. For the price of the shirt and the custom tailoring these are the best value. I strongly recommend these shirts. I own about a dozen of them and I'll be ordering a couple more soon.

Fabric is nice to the touch although not quite thick enough. I'm 5'8, 167 lbs with wide shouldder. I ordered 161/2 - 34-35 shirts. The neck and shoulder fit quite well but there is quite an extra amount of fabric around the waist. This is not what I expected from a slim-fit shirt. Will have to return them. I also order Kenneth Cole Techni-Cole Stretch Slim-Fit and notice the same issue. Too much extra fabric around the waist. May be I should be looking into "fitted" or "athletic fit" to see if they are any different. These slim-fit shirts donot fit my taste for the price.

Genuinely wrinkle free. I’m not very slim (6ft/195lbs) and this fits well without being too bulky or too narrow. But be warned! For « blue, » whenever the fabric gets wet, it forms a ring at the edge of the wet area, which does not come out. I thought this was just for stains - but no, water too. I thought it was just one lemon - but no, it’s happened on 3 by now. It even happened when I sprayed water to iron the shirt straight out of the package. I assume it is something about the finish they put on the fabric for this color. « Mist, » which is more of a true blue, does not have this problem, nor do any of the other ones I’ve had (about 2 dozen, in mixed designs over the years).

Shirts were the only thing i kept iron at home for. Now that I found the perfect shirt I am donating my iron. Imagine a 100% cotton non-iron shirt that comes in 20+ colors and at least 3 different trims that you can wear with suits or casually. Wasn't a huge fan of Calvin Klein until this product. The stitching quality the fabric is above and beyond. Already bought 6 pairs 1 for each business day and 1 spare. you should do as well.

So let me start by saying that I have ordered several of these shirts through Amazon and been really happy. That is, until now. When I received the shirt, it looked and fit great, per the norm. However, once washed I noticed that the shirt had several spots on it that almost looked liked wet or water spots. Thinking it could be an effect of the dryer sheets I use, I washed the shirt again. Made no difference. Took it to a dry cleaner and they suggested that it may be a dye defect when manufactured. So now I have a shirt that is totally unprofessional looking. Waste of money.

No es original y aunque intentaron replicar cada uno de los detalles de una Calvin Klein original, se quedaron cortos además la tela es de mediana calidad tirándole a baja no me convenció pero como la compré a mitad de precio y se que en la devolución voy a gastar casi la mitad de lo que me costo, además del tiempo que perderé en el proceso prefiero quedármela y dejarla para alguna emergencia.

This is my go to shirt for business attire for work. My local store has been locked up due to Covid regulations, so I found this online, and ordered the same size as shirts I already have. It arrived quickly and fit perfectly. The Calvin Klein dress shirts have been my go to for a decade. Recommend them without hesitation.

The shirt material is 'light' weight, slim fit and well presented. I have purchased many Calvin Klein shirts due to the 'consistency' in quality. Pricing is above average but certainly worth it and the sizing is perfect.

This shirt would have been five stars if I could have worn it more than five times. The elbow in this shirt tore on this model that I purchased in several colors. If it was a one-time occurence I could have forgiven it but each shirt I bought was so fragile that I can no longer wear it after just a few uses.I'm saddened since it was such a good fit, comfortable, and visually appealing. Looks, fits and feels great - elbows rip easily
