Classic easy to use folders
The box of report files arrived intact and very quickly delivered to Spain within a few days!The files are easy to use and sturdy enough to hold several sheets of a4 paper. I have around 20 sheets in each for individual customer records. Yes a little old fashioned but perfect for taking with me to customer meetings where a laptop isn’t always suitable. I find that paper records actually help me remember and also my customers can review their accounts more easily. Many do not want to see a computer screen (I am dealing with an older generation). These folders are good value and protect the paperwork. The spine label is easily removed to reinsert with a name or title. Enough space to stick on an additional label. The locking 2 hole positioning inside is easy to use and quick to insert. You will need to punch the holes in the paper prior to insertion using a hole punch but standard office procedure.Because of the low cost I feel happy to leave the odd file with customers which gives them a comfort of knowing they won’t easily lose paperwork or mix up quotes.All round a good value product

Does not have a customisable cover as described, and shown in the picture - I ordered these as the picture shows you can put an A4 cover sheet in the clear cover. Sent them back, and ordered again as thought it was a mistake, as the photo shows a cover sheet being inserted. Nope - same again.
