useless
Tried it on my CBR1000RR and my CB500X - doesn't work on either one. They both still have stock rubber handgrips as well, which is a best case scenario for this. Aside from simply not working, as others have mentioned, adjusting it is downright dangerous (requires 2 hands, and far too much focus to do safely on the road). Just a terrible product overall. Spend more for the atlas, or save your money.

Worth the money for long rides.
Works well, except for its tendency to slip due to engine vibration. Also don’t leave it on the silicon ring over night, causes a grove to form on the ring preventing it from working properly and making it want to slip back to idle position.

Easy to install and use
The silicone ring is important if you have a metal throttle, I guess. Mine's rubber, as are most, so I didn't need it. It goes on pretty easily, and the you want to dial the adjuster tight enough so it holds but loose enough that you can easily unthrottle. Be careful not to overtighten, as it would be bad to be unable to slow down easily. This is much better than the one I bought at first, which has no adjustment, and was unable to hold high throttle (like when going up the Rockies).

Perfect inexpensive solution for long trips
Does exactly what it is supposed to do....lock the throttle so that my right hand can get a break while on long rides. Squeezing the brake or rolling off is easy. Best solution IMO for non cruise control bikes.

You get what you pay for
Doesn’t hold throttle vary long, you set it and 10 seconds later you start to decelerate. Sometimes it holds but I would say 90% of the time it doesn’t hold long.
