I just love it ! It has manual and remote controls for various temperatures and functions. It makes this 450 square foot room comfortable and accessible. Previously drafty, this room at the back of my house is a haven for my grandkids, family and friends.

Just had this installed. Contractor said a couple of things:1. Cord for plug-in is too short and is on the right side. So be aware of that fact so if you are adding an outlet you’ll know which side to put it.2. The cutout measurements were also off so may want to double check that before. He had to go back to expand the cutout to make it fit properly.3. I haven’t used the remote and I didn’t see a holder for it. But we were in construction so that could have gotten lost. Will double check.4. Haven’t used the heater but tried to put it on and didn’t feel the heat.5. There are 3 levels of lighting allows you to customize is really an amazing feature. I’m sure there is more but haven’t had a chance to play with it. First impressions looks stunning and hopefully heats our family/tv room as well bc it’s the coldest room in our home!

Then the popularity of the electric fireplace began to increase and I knew this was the answer to that burning desire. Using my knowledge of basic framing and willingness to TRY I decided to build the fireplace of my current dreams. This one was the perfect size to compliment the scale of my home and the pretty contemporary style myhome has evolved into. Installation was super simple. It's shallow depth fit into the 12 inch debt of the fireplace structure with room to spare. I decided to stick with realistic colors instead of the RGB LED fireplaces. I wanted it to feel effortlessly luxurious.

I’d recommend this to anyone. I get compliments when family members come over. The heater unit works great. I’ve not had any issues with this unit.

The first time I turned it on it was making a scraping noise. Had to open the back which was 100 screws just to open up and fix the issue. Probably used it 2 dozen time in the span of 2 years and just stopped working one day. I emailed customer service. They asked for a video, I sent it and never heard back. Waste of money

Remodeled our basement & this electric fireplace was just what I was looking for! Gives the basement a clean finished look. The fireplace changes colors and it also keeps the basement warm! You will not regret it!

The media could not be loaded.  Gorgeous fireplace, 74 inch thought it might be too big for my living room, so glad I picked this size, easy to install I love everything recessed in the wall . Price was fabulous and love all the colors it changes.

I ordered this 72" beautiful-looking electric fireplace. Did what it takes to prepare the wall, and I happily installed the unit and it worked well. A few weeks went by and the flames went off. I contacted Amazon customer services. They put me in touch with the company "Masarflame". Their response was, will give you a 20% refund, and here are some instructions to repair the problem which would have required me to rehire the contractor, remove the unit, and hope for the best. I declined, and I continued the discussion with the Amazon representative, who accepted my request to replace the unit. I ordered the same unit from the same company and I returned the defective unit using the boxes of the new one. Reinstalled the new unit, and it is working fine. Hoping it will be OK. I am still grateful for Masarflame and Amazone customer service personnel.
