(STILL) GREAT for PF Pain
These are A-Mazing. My PF hurts before I put them on and after I take them off but I can walk in these with no pain whatsoever. LOVE them.EDIT 2: I STILL love these! I have had them for 6 months and I swear my PF is getting better. I can walk around the house without them with no pain! The only complaint I have is the color has faded, but that might be my own fault for walking through puddles all the time. I'm going to dye the fabric part because the bottoms are still fantastic. Please, if you have PF, get these shoes!EDIT: I have worn these almost exclusively for the past three months and HOLY MOLY is my PF doing well. I really think these have helped heal my PF. We went on vacation where I had to wear other shoes and my PF started hurting again, but once we were back and I wore these again, no pain. I'm pretty sure these are magic. These are quite literally the best shoes I have ever owned, even without considering my PF, and I recommend them to everyone.Note: I've seen people say they're awkward and you have to walk funny, but that's part of the point. If you go to Okabashi's website, they say the shoes are thicker and meant to improve your gait, etc. I almost never hear the loud flip-flop noise when I wear these.

Not for wide feet with a high arch
Shoe review are so subjective as our feet can be so incredibly different. These shoes are not made for m feet, but I imagine they could be perfect for some people. And, a caveat - I realize I have wide feet, but there are almost no flipflips with arch support for wide feet, so I took a chance based on reviews. Sadly, these do not work as I had hoped.I have wide feet with short, chunky toes, a high arch and a high instep. In some shoes I wear a 10, some a 10.5; in a measuring device, my feet measure a 10 E. Here is how these shoes fit for me.Length - My toes are a good inch from the end of the shoe, but my heels hang off the end. The foot bed is the right length; unsure if the thong is placed too far back or if my high instep keeps my foot from sitting far enough forward. Either way, it does not fit right.Width - the thong is situated about so that my toe and inside of my foot falls off the footbed, but the outside of my foot is on it. It isn't just that they thong is a bit too close to the edge, the footbed is not wide enough for my foot regardless.Comfort - They are not squishy, per se, but comfortable. The toe thong is relatively comfie as are the straps - of course, I only wore them for about five minutes.Arch support and location - not enough for a high arch and starts farther in the middle than I want as well as farther back than it should for my feet, so it feels more like a lump that is uncomfortable. I have to keep my foot too far back, so my feel falls off the end, for the arch support to be where my arch is.Wearing them- these are quite "flippy" but that could be because my foot sits too far back in the shoe.General - these have a vanilla smell to them; interesting. They are relatively lightweight with a very dense feel to them. I am guessing these are better for moderate to long toes (but just guessing). They would likely work well for C width feet and maybe D, and for a lower arch or flat foot.

Sloppy fit, iffy material
I've had 3 pairs of the Okabashi size M in red and I loved them. This pair with the aqua color does not fit as well nor is it as sturdily made. The sole is slightly wider than my other 3 pairs (although they purport to be the same shoe). The fit is "sloppy" because the thong piece doesn't seem to fit as snugly into the sole...at any rate the shoe is loose fitting and therefore not as comfortable or as safe, actually, to walk in. The sole seems heavier than the red model also. Lastly, the brown vinyl material is a bit cheap looking (maybe with the red ones I just can't see the quality of the vinyl?) and it makes the top of my foot itch! Okay, maybe the last comment shows that I'm eccentric. But maybe not. I don't like the feel of that vinyl on the top of my foot. It's beyond my window to return this disappointing pair of shoes, so I've been wearing my old red ones and will give these aqua ones to the clothing drive. I didn't rate it a "1" because the shoes do look like the photo, and they ARE as described. UPDATE 10/15/17: I looked closely at the 2 pair of red ones that I have. Both have a much better quality "upper", which seems to have a decent quality mesh backing. These aqua ones are just brown vinyl. So I'm not as eccentric as y'all thought.

Great flip flops!
I've a wide foot and I'm seriously allergic (as in carry an epi-pen-allergic) to latex. Shoes in general can be a concern and Flip flops are an outright challenge. I was excited to find this and thrilled when they arrived and fit wonderfully. They're flip flops-- don't go hiking in them! These are just great for a stroll around your farmers market. They'll be wonderful going to the beach! If they came in another color (and in my size) I'd be buying them right now.

Cute and comfy, color is different than shown
These are really cool - light, fit a little small (i'm a size 8 1/2 or a 39/40, and the M/L *just* fit - like the exact size of my foot), but seem like they'll last, and I like that they should be water proof and so on. They're cute. One thing, mine are black on the top of the strap, and pink on the inside layer - rather than pink facing out. I don't mind that, but it's not as pictured.

Best flip flip ever
This is the best flip flop eve! It is so comfortable that I could wear them all day and night. They don't hurt my feet nor do they make my feet sweat. These are by far the best shoes and for a great price. I love the fact that they are recycled and Made in the USA. I had a pair 5 years ago from Walmart and haven't been able to find another pair since. I'm glad I was able to purchase a pair or two from Amazon.

Perfect this time!
I had ordered before in Medium for size 7-7.5 and were way too small so ordered a size up M/L (8-9)and were perfect!

A great flip flop but the band does strech a bit
I'm impressed that I bought them back in Summer of 2017 and they still look brand new and I've used them quiet a bit. They have a nice arch. Much better than a regular flip-flop. They're a bit heavier but still comfortable to walk in. I only wish the band was wider and didn't strech but it's only slight. I have a wider foot, I wouldn't recommend them to someone with a narrow foot.
