UPDATE: I've been buying this for months now and it's given me my life back. I LOVE this product. No headaches or migraines as long as I take it. Wonderful product and I still highly recommend buying it. I buy it every couple months. I usually have a headache every day and it doesn't seem to do anything to take any pills. Once in a while I will get a migraine so bad I end up in the ER or Urgent Care. The doctors have always told me I'm dehydrated and need to start drinking water. The problem was, I was drinking between 70 oz and 100 oz of water every day, yet i'm still dehydrated. The doctors wouldn't help me and I couldn't figure out why this was happening to me. Back in High school when I was running Cross Country and Track every day I didn't have this problem. So I started thinking about what the difference was between then and now. The only thing I came up with was I was drinking a Gatorade...Electrolytes. So I started drinking the Gatorade again and guess what! NO HEADACHES AND I HAVEN'T HAD A MIGRAINE IN MONTHS! FINALLY! The only problem with drinking Gatorade every day is it's full of sugar and other crap. Not to mention the price of buying it every day.... So I started looking for something healthier. I Found LyteShow and have been very VERY happy with this product. I was really skeptical at first but have been pleasantly surprised. For the first time in almost 8 years I finally don't have a constant headache and haven't had a migraine in months. I feel like I can start living my life again. No more taking double doses of headache meds that are murder on your insides. Pros: Good price My doctor thinks its a good/healthy product It works the taste isn't horrible, although it does taste a little like salt water. It's NOT an overbearing taste. It's NOT like your drinking a cup of water with a few spoon fulls of salt in it. It much more MILD than that. I sometimes put a little lemon in there just to give it some flavor. If I was rating this just on taste I would still give it FIVE stars. Cons: Makes me have to pee often... BUT no headaches and no migraines... still so worth it. This company makes the same thing in pill form and that's another great option which doesn't make me have to pee all the time. lol Other than that though its a great product and I would give it 10 stars if I could. If you want a Gatorade then go get one, this is NOT a sugar filled sports drink. This is a healthy option for you to stay hydrated with. If you follow the mixing directions that are on the bottle you should be good to go. If you put too many drops in then it probably won't taste that great. I do 40 drops in a 32oz bottle of water (with lemon sometimes) and I don't notice any bad tastes. I highly recommend this product to anyone with a hydration problem, Five Stars!

I have been using this product for over 5 years. I first discovered it on Amazon while I was doing the Ketogenic diet. I heard electrolytes might be important to take while doing low carb. I bought this product because it was no calories or sugar and made in the USA. It also is made by a small Business. I stay with it because it works so well, I feel good about the ingredients and it’s non GMO. I am no longer doing keto but still watch my carbs and practice intermittent fasting and this stuff truly helps me balance my electrolytes. I use it about 5 times a week once a day. I don’t need flavored hydration. This is real and complete stuff. I will say it does have a salty taste but when I put the small amount in my water cup it’s barely noticeable and I even drink it like a shot sometimes. I don’t mind the taste at all but some people might. You should try this product if you want rapid hydration for whatever reason you need. For me being on a health journey, this was such an important part of my journey. Ps. The flask is great to put in my purse so I can use it at work or for travel.

After a weekend of questionable life choices (yes, that one festival and maybe too many drinks), I grabbed these toLyteShow electrolyte drops and honestly, they saved me. One sip in my water and I started feeling less like a dried raisin and more like a semi-functioning human. They’re super easy to use — just a few drops in water — and they actually taste fine, which is shocking for something that’s basically helping my hungover self survive. I love that it replenishes electrolytes without being weirdly sweet or fake. This is now officially my go-to after any weekend where my better judgment took a vacation. Great product but the bigger bottle will absolutely leak if not stored in an upright position which is super annoying because I can’t take it around in a backpack safely. Taste very salty which I don’t mind but you can add flavor to minimize the taste. Pretty expensive for how much you get but it is super effective, allowed me to run a 2 miles for the first time without stopping and keeps me hydrated, might of even helped with my acne.
