Great racket with surprising speed and spin
If you're like me, you've mostly used lower end paddles, especially the ones that come with the table or net. This racket is in a whole different league, and you'll feel it. This is not something you buy and say, "Oh I think I notice a difference". Once I got used to the racket I was averaging 10 more points each game. Why is that? First of all, the speed is incredible. The ball bounces off as if a magnetic field is repelling it: it's so quick. So if the ball comes quickly you can simply hold the paddle there and it'll go across the net. This does take a bit of getting used to. When I first got it, I would keep hitting it over the side. But no worries, you quickly will get used to it and the speed will be to your advantage. Because it's so fast, defensive shots often become offensive. If your opponent smashes and you just hold the paddle in front of the ball and angle it to one side, it'll definitely catch them off guard. If you want to see how effective it is, just ask someone to play you at first with a bad paddle, and then let them use this one for a bit and you'll see how quickly the ball comes back. It doesn't give you enough time to respond with a good shot, which is essential. Second, the spin is awesome. I used to have pretty good spin even with a lame paddle. I had mastered the movement required to make opponents miss my serves or hit them into the net. Once I re-learned those movements with this paddle my serving got dramatically better. For example, if I concentrate on a backspin serve, I can easily get my opponent to miss 3 out of 5 serves (they hit it into the net). The rubber is quite sticky so it really turns the ball. What's great about the combination of these two features is that you can do some crazy forehand smashes. Just learn how to do them and you can get several easy points. Also, you can easily hit the ball from under the table and surprise your opponent because of the speed of the racket. Trust me: If you want to up your game and you're intermediate to really good, you want this paddle. If you're a pro there are more expensive paddles you can buy but for this price this paddle is very very good. One last thing to mention: The paddle comes smelling really bad (like a fishy type of smell). It'll take about a week and a half to go away. But even then your hand might smell weird after playing a while with it. It didn't bother me too much after two weeks though.

Powerful shots, very good spin and great drop shots
I've been playing Table Tennis / Ping-Pong for about 5 years now and I've used a mix of beginner-intermediate Stiga paddles. This paddle is very very good as far as the weight and size go. I have big hands and the size of the handle is just right for a Western grip. The paddle felt slightly heavier than my old Stiga but my arm is accustomed to the new paddle after using it for 4+ months. As far as speed goes, this paddle is top-notch. A perfectly placed high speed return will have the ball whizzing past your opponent. 5/5 in this department. As far as control goes, this paddle doesn't automatically give you great control. You'll have to get used and in a way earn that control but once you do that, drop shots look sublime either off forehand or off backhand. Once you master the control element with this paddle, your spin shots will be even more effective. 5/5 for control. Spin. This area was a bit underwhelming after reading the other reviews. I must admit that top-spin forehand and backhand drop shots are much better with this paddle but otherwise the spin provided is great. Not incredible. Not soooo much better than regular paddles but pretty decent. 4/5 here. Overall I'd say 4.5 / 5 but for a $80 paddle, a solid 5 stars is warranted. If you have the knack for the game and want a really good paddle, you can find carbon-fiber blade racquets for $200+ or more. Or if you really want a good paddle, you can invest in a separate blade and rubber (sometimes different rubbers) for forehand and backhand. Those usually will cost you anywhere between $150 and $300. For the value and what it brings to the table, this racquet is a pretty good intermediate choice.

Won't find as good a Bat for the $$!!!
Co workers had a pong tourney and a few players had killerspin jet series bats. I've always played with butterfly's or Joolas, so I was curious to try one out..played with the Jet 300 and loved it, so 1 bought one about 4 months ago...ended up selling it to a coworker for $25 and up sold myself the K'S Jet 600... What a difference a few more $$$ can make.. This bat is phenomenal. .lightweight (165grams) with controllable power/speed/spin. At the same time, you can easily put great delicate touch on the ball if playing close to the net. The biggest difference for me has been with my serves having a ton more controllable spin and placement. It helped my mental game as well. I feel more confident than before going into every point, whether I'm serving or not. I'm not at all worried about getting slammed on when using this bat . Ive had numerous defensive slam returns that just seem to drop from the skyon my opponents side of the table, usually very close to the end line...it literally reminds me of a slider pitch in baseball where the ball just drops at the last second. The whole time your thinking there is no way your return will hit the table. My opponent and I will look at each other every time and shake our heads because we can't believe what we just saw....it's almost comical. I could go on and on about this bat...great for anyone who has mastered the basics and would like to take it to the next level. Meaning amateur or rec....I'm sure pros would laugh at a pre made $60 bat, but I don't play with pros so who cares. I would most definitely recommend without hesitation. Will probably buy another down the road someday. Only reason at all with 4🌟 review.... Not a fan of it being made is China. It has that nasty fish smell from the glues they use in their factories over there. Every DHS and some Butterfly bats I have purchased in the past also have had that smell..it lingers for awhile after opening. Goes away after about a month of being in the open air. 5 star review if not made in china.

Perfect Paddle to Take the Next Step
Last year, my company installed some tables so we could play in the office. I work in a pretty competitive environment where people don't like to lose, even at table tennis. I've always considered myself to be well above average in skill, and at first I could beat most opponents at the office with little effort. Then the arms race began. People started upgrading their paddles and were putting more spin and speed on the ball than I could deal with. Someone would buy a $50 dollar paddle one week and start dominating, and the next week someone else would get a $75 to $100 paddle. Now almost everyone in the office has at the very least the Killerspin JET600 paddle, which is what I got just to keep up. The 600 has amazing spin while taking a little off the speed in more favor of control (great for my defensive play style). If you are more aggressive and like to hit powerful shots, I would say go with the JET700 or 800. BIG THING TO REMEMBER: The prices of these paddles go up and down like the stock market. I have seen this paddle range from over $80 to under $70 depending on the week. I swear once I saw the JET800 (which is supposed to be more expensive than the 600) go for $63, and two of my friends bought it that day since the price was so good. If you're in the market for a paddle, I would scope out the prices for a few weeks before pulling the trigger.

Takes a while to get used to
I am an intermediate level player and I got this because it was quoted as "top of the line". I am having a pretty hard time adjusting from a pen-hold grip butterfly (priced @ probably $120+) I got this one because the one I was playing with is my dad's and we only have one "good" racket. It is definitely not an easy transition. Things I could do with the other racket seem difficult or impossible with this one. It should be noted that this is a pretty heavy racket. It is approximately 200% the weight of the other butterfly I was using. The racket seems to be really great for spin, but I definitely get a lot more power from my previous one. There's not much I can say about control yet, because I haven't adapted to it enough to pass judgment in that area. Overall I'm pretty confident that this is a better choice for shakehand players. Will update this once I fully transition, then compare with the performance of my original racket. ***UPDATE*** The racket is pretty solid now. The most noticeable difference between this racket and the former is this one shows a noticeable improvement in spin (this is independent of any personal improvement, if I switch from one to the other within the same play session the difference is observable)

A good paddle for beginners
I bought KillerSpin Jet 600 as my spare paddle - I kept it in office for casual play in work. Here is how I felt. Pros: - The rubber is of good quality. I don’t feel it much different from my $400 paddle in term of looping strong back spin - Easy to control. Again the rubber is good, the entire paddle is well balanced, which make it amazingly comfortable either to generate top spinning or to counter loop. - Light weighted Cons: - The paddle is a little small, which is not necessarily a bad thing. But myself will prefer to have it several mm larger. - The blade laminate is slightly softer than I desire, which makes it less likely to finish a rally by brutal smashing. You'll need more patience to play a game with this paddle. Since Jet 600 is designed more for sustained rally and control style, there is again not a real ‘con’. Bottom line: Jet 600 is a good paddle for beginner/intermediate player. It is a very balanced paddle in term of speed/control. If you are working to improve your skill, you won't regret to have Jet 600. For people mastered the skills and seeking more power, a Jet 800 probably is a better to go.

Great mid-level racket
I've played table tennis for 25 years. During that time, I've used several different bats and several types of rubber and foam. This particular racket will satisfy the needs of all recreational players, and most tournament-minded players. I bought this racket to replace my beloved (but aging) Stiga All Around Classic. The Killerspin 600 is substantially lighter than my old Stiga racket, which I like. However, the circumference of the handle is quite a bit smaller. Thus, it was a bit hard to get used to the new racket (as minor hand adjustments were amplified because of the smaller grip). Once I got used to the new grip, though, I was quite pleased with the performance of the bat and the rubber. It is a great defensive racket, but it is also aggressive enough to support an offensive style of play. The rubber is sticky enough for below-the-table shots, and the bat has tremendous feel. If you are upgrading from a crappy $10 bat, you will be most impressed with what this racket will do for your game. If you have played with premium equipment before (Juic, Yasaka, Stiga, Butterfly, etc.) there is nothing about this racket that will blow you away. However, for what it is, and for its particular price-point, it is an excellent racket and an excellent value.

Killerspin jet 600 vs others
I’m going to start out by saying I’m a big fan of killer spin products, and also a team member LOL. I purchased this 600 jet series paddle after owning three other lower level paddles in the recent past. I’ve purchased the 600 before and loved it. Just like any other premade paddle it wore out on me after about six months use. During that six months I enjoyed it very much because of the light weight and tremendous spin it puts on the ball. I would consider myself a intermediate player who favors spin and control over speed. It puts great touch on the ball and is one of the better light weight wood paddles. When I purchased the new 600 jet series it felt different and it was a lot heavier than what was listed as the product weight. It felt different and there was a much more noticeable “doink” sound when contact is made with the ball. That noise is common with wooden paddles compared to something with carbon in it. But this seem to be very loud compared to my other jet 600. I ended up returning the paddle and purchasing a much more expensive paddle after only paying $67 for the 600 series, I even saw it listed as high as $100 right before I purchase my most recent one. I decided to go with the kido 5A with my new purchase. It was considerably more expensive at $117 but it plays tremendously great. Very lightweight, seven layer wood which puts great spin and control on offensive shots. Right out of the boxes thing was like putting a magical wand in my hand. I know it will probably only last six months until it starts wearing out as far as the rubber and strength of the sweet spot goes but it’s understood. I’ll probably go with a new wooden bat, and have killer spin build the paddle for me. That way I can just replace the rubbers myself when it is needed. Killer spin is a great product/company and I was able to return my 600 series with no problem. It even came with a backpack that is very cool and has plenty of pockets to carry things along with my paddle, considering I play all my table tennis at a friends house. There was no mention of this backpack until I went to purchase the item and was told there was a gift to come along with it. Not sure what the different quality or changes that have been made to the 600 series paddle but it definitely was different, which is understandable because they are all made separately and probably a little bit of a quality control issue. Can’t go wrong with killer spin

Lives up to its name!
Been buying these rackets for last few times needed it for myself or a family member. I think they live up to the name, can provide a ton of spin (if you buy a good quality ball!) and I think the stats on balance between power/spin etc are accurate as well. I think like everything, prices have gone up a lot in last few years unfortunately.

this bat is good but the price is little high for its quality ...
this bat is good but the price is little high for its quality though i believe that high price is because of import export tax as it came from USA. overall it is a very good bat for advance player and highly recommended by me.
