This idem was a little torn up I expected it to be in like a plastic case or something but over all products condition was beat up the reason it is 4 star though is the customer service. Willy was awesome his supervisor this man deserves a raise he lit up my day I thought my son may not like it because it was beat up but willy helped me out a ton so he was awesome so thank you willy and if anything is not what you expected and if you didn't like it talk to willy he was amazing

First one damaged but second one perfect
The first one I got had a dented and damaged card so I returned it. The replacement is much better thanks!
