Bought 2 both failed 1st use
Product was bought to back up and help transfer important files (mainly photos) between old and new laptops and PCs. Although both were ok on initial check, both failed about 30% of the way through initial transfer attempt (old to drive). After the failure (using USB 3.0 port) no switching of port or cable or drive or laptop/PC helped. One drive just stopped transferring giving me an illegal file error, the other started clicking and then gave the same error.Will send both back if the shipping costs don't prove higher than the value of the product like last time I tried to return something...

Great Hard Drive
Nice compact external drive. Looks stylish and light, easy and convenient to carry it around. Quiet in operations and quick data transfer. Works well and had no problems so far then again I have always used it to upgrade and add externally for my xbox and there again had no problems.
