Made in the USA
I ordered direct from Amazon and mine came with the handle, FWIW.If Arrowhead keeps making their stuff in the USA, it will be the only brand I buy for residential plumbing. I wish they would manufacture their ball valves in the USA though, as ball valves flow better, are more reliable, and last much much longer.

No handle on my item either. Rather useless without it!Appears that other customers had the same problem.

Does not come with the handle
Nice valve and made in the USA but it does not come with the handle , I sent the first one back with Amazon free return shipping but the 2nd one I got was the same no handle lol
