Work well for sparring
I use these for Taekwondo sparring. They are easy to put on and saved me from several bruises. They stay in place and have decent padding without feeling awkward.

Protect your legs
They fit good and they protect my legs well. I started wearing them while splitting wood. I wanted to prevent more leg damage. I had a log hit my leg and developed cellulitis. Don't want to go thru that again so that's why I purchased them. So far so good. I wear them under my pants without any problems . Would recommend them for protecting your legs when working outside.

Shin guards
My husband really likes these guards. He is diabetic & uses them when working in the yard for protection. Fit is true to size & they washed up good. Would recommend them. Thank you

It Works, Perhaps Depending On Your Purposes of Using Them
The product wasn’t bad.As a current college wrestler who had shin bone injury of some sort (thanks to a freshman wrestler who tried taking me down accidentally with his knee way too forward onto my shin) myself, I was having hard time practicing without any protection and even small gel sheet with wraps around it (which didn’t work) until I discovered this and decided to give it a try.Big pro of it in wrestling: it works well. I was able to finally wrestle harder with less worrying of getting my shin hit or even being touched. One con of it: it depends the size of your shin/leg. This product I got fits well, but it often twist around the shin or slip down often to near-ankle, which is why I often tape down on the top of the shin guard to keep it from twisting and moving down a little bit.
