What a phenomenal product. I know lithium batteries and battery packs have come a long way but this little thing is brilliant. Compact and easy to use. Even if you know absolutely nothing about batteries, cars, car batteries etc... I think you'll find it easy and effective. As a seasoned "car person" I just pulled it out of the box and checked that it was at max charge and used it to jump a 2012 Ford Fusion LES. It has a parasitic drain so from time to time it'll deplete the battery if the vehicle isn't used on a regular basis and with Covid around, well, it tends to sit more than I'd like. I no longer worry about having to move vehicles around in the garage so I can jump the Fusion. Just pop the hood, connect the starter and turn it over. Simple as that. All these positive reviews are not just blowing smoke. This is a legit necessity for anyone dealing with battery issues or just those living in colder climates. I'd make sure any vehicle I owned had one of these tucked away. Just make sure the battery pack is checked from time-to-time and recharged.

I bought this to keep in my car “just in case “. Well, I haven’t had to use this in the year that I have had it until now. My car battery was on the way out, but I didn’t get stuck. I took this out of the glove box and popped the hood. It was so easy to use and my car started immediately. I used it a few more times until I could get my car to the shop. It really saved me from a ton of hassle. This product is the piece of mind that I need!

Was a little skeptical about this. Not even sure I followed the instructions properly, but it worked perfectly!! I cannot believe I've never purchased a jump start kit before. It is lightweight and so easu to use. I literally plugged the red clamp to (+ ) and the black clamp to (-), the car was on in nanoseconds. Thank God because I wouldn't know what else to do. Just started the car and I was off. My only concern is that this product will have some longevity. Great buy for women and young drivers. It has a (2) USB ports for cellular devices and a built in flashlight. Thumbs up!

Well, I'm just going to confirm what other reviewers have already stated. This little booster pack really does pack a punch. Recently I was working out of state on assignment for 6 months leaving both cars to just sit. One car had a little bit of juice and started right up. While the other was completely dead. Volt meter showed just 2.6V remained so I hooked up this little jumper pack hoping against hope! lolYou guessed it... wasn't able to do the job. Battery was just to dead. So I figured it was time to pull the battery and hook it up to my trickle charger. Before that though, I hooked this booster up to the battery and left it for a few hours. Surprisingly the booster bumped the battery from 2.6v to 11.3v. So not quite as dead. Then I hooked it up to my trickle charger over night, dropped it back in the car and fired it up.I'm pretty sure if the battery isn't months dead like mine was it would get you back on the road easily. The fact that it charged a dead battery at all surprised me. While holding the volt meter I could watch the voltage rise. Impressive.Bottom line... very good value. And the fact you can use it to charge your phone as well is just a nice bonus. Great buy!

I bought this because my car kept not starting and needed a jump like everyDAY. Well come to find out I needed a new battery. But anywho..... I still use this gem.This is a MUST HAVE.!!!! Essential for all the ladies as well because even I can use this and be safe and start my car in an emergency situation.I definitely recommend everyone to buy!

So I bought this jump starter last October to be prepared for the Minnesota winter which is known to cause car batteries to die. Turns out I didn't need it as we had a very mild winter. However, a few days ago I unknowingly left both dome lights on in my car and then didn't drive it for two days which gave me a 100% totally dead battery.Aha, I thought. I have my jump starter which I purchased last fall and all I have to do is fully charge it and then jump start my car and be on my way. NOT! I was able to connect the clamp cables to the jump starter OK and got the alternating green-red lights described in the instructions as indicating "good to proceed". But then when I connected the red and black clamps to the battery terminals I continually got the "solid red with alarm" reading indicating that something was not right. No matter how many times I started over and tweaked the connections to the terminals I still got the red light/alarm and the car would not start. The "force start" button procedure which supposedly charges completely dead batteries did not work either. Followed the instructions to a "t" so no user error here. And my car battery voltage matched the requirements as well.My conclusion is that this jump starter will not charge a battery which is 100% dead which makes it useless to me. Every time I need to jump start my car the battery is 100% dead so if this jump starter will not jump start totally dead batteries then what good is it? I wish they would have stated this fact in their product listing and I would have avoided it altogether. Also, the manual could have been written better and been more complete as well.So what a waste - - mainly of my time. Now I have to go and spend more money to buy a jump starter that actually works.Update 07-14-21: I went to my local auto repair shop and they loaned me their portable jump starter. It is much larger and heavier than this jump starter and it jump started my car no problem immediately on the first try. So there wasn't anything wrong with my battery which is a high quality Interstate brand purchased just one year ago.
