Great for the money.The grip is superr ergonomic in design but not too fancy materials wise.Blade arrived very sharp and in brand new condition. Which is surpringly uncommon on Amazon these days...

This thing is far longer than I expected it to be; feels more like a short sword than anything. The handle is hard plastic but it doesn't feel flimsy and it's comfortable to hold, and the blade itself is light enough for someone with regular strength to be able to handle with one hand. Overall it appears very frightening, in a cool way of course, and I can definitely see it being a reliable part of any household even if it seems solely for display.

There was some cactus in my yard that needed to be cut back. After waiting six months for my husband to cut it ( he said he would ) I determined that I would do it myself. I looked on the shelf at all the trimmers and cutters that I had used before when dealing with cactus. Every cut has to be made carefully and even using extreme caution I always find cactus stuck in my fingers, arms, hair and places I will not mention. Then I remembered I had "Zombie Killer" and had never used it. I figured WTF I will give it a chance. I removed the sheath carefully and really looked at the knife. With the sharp blade I just knew it was the right tool for cactus chopping. Then I sent the dogs to the house and did exactly what you would expect of a slightly chubby middle aged woman. I held the blade high above my head and said " There can be only one" and then sang the entire Highlander them song including the guitar portion. Even though it was a clear day and no sign of lightning I could feel the power pulsing in the blade. I chopped the crap out of the cactus, broke a pot, took a chunk out of a fence post and removed a tree limb in the matter on minutes. It was .... awesome. It not only made the job much, much easier I didn't end up cactus jabbed. Even hitting the pot twice it did not chip the blade. I have used it several times in the yard. Each time I complete my task and I feel a great sense of accomplishment. I also feel more powerful. I am considering carrying it with me all the time, maybe finding a stylish way to attach it to my handbag. I am buying one for my husband. Zombie Killer is all mine. You should get one too.
