5/17/2020: Thanks to their heading "fits so many bottles" I tested this with a 4 oz. Children's Benedryl Bottle and it fit! A little snug and take determination to get in, but it's in and now the dosing with it will be just as easy. Have to give epilepsy meds to my pup three times a day. It's tedious for both of us, at best. These work perfectly with the pharmacy bottle and the Brandzig syringes. I just filled eight in no time flat with zero trouble, no leaking, and no wiping of the outside of the syringes, which I previously had to do. This I can do, and I can do it quickly and easily!

Love how I can just stick a syringe in the top and get meds out this way. Works great and fits in the bottle I'm using. It's a lot in one pack but I'm sure I'll use it for other meds

I needed to mix oral meds for my cat and wanted these for easy dosing from the bottle. These worked great, easy to install and remove (just use the syringe at an angel and lift), easy to get the meds out. The only downside, at least with the bottles I used, was that some of the meds couldn't be removed from the bottle as it flowed into the side grooves instead of to the hole so at the end of the meds I needed to dose from the bottle without this installed.

These fit the typical 4 and 8 oz bottles you get at the pharmacy (22mm OUTSIDE diameter of the bottle lip). The free syringes they give us with the medicine at the pharmacy also fit these adapters perfectly, even though the box says the adapter only works with BRANDZIG syringes. Ironically, the BRANDZIG syringe tips are actually too small for these adapters, and leak when you turn the bottle over. We haven't been able to find syringes that fit these adapters, other than the free ones the pharmacy gives us. So, we are just washing and reusing the pharmacy ones for now.

It works very well with children’s Tylenol or Advil bottles—they stay securely in place and are very well made.

These caps are great to place in bottles that contain liquid medication that has to be dispensed using a syringe without a needle. However, make sure that you measure the diameter of the bottle to be used on, since there are different sizes which vary by millimeters n diameter. Good caps!
