For the price, there impeccable. Ive raced on rims that were worth thosands of dollars, and these rims are absolutely awesome. In almost 2 years as of this review, ive clocked in 97,890 miles on these rims. They have stayed true the whole time. Other than tightning a spoke here and there. The novatech hubs arnt bad, there no DT swiss, but there still pretty good. The bearings for the front rim are still rolling like new, the back rim bearings lasted 67,902 miles before needing replaced. There press fit, so they last a good while. The free hub on the other hand only lasted 10,014 miles. Not the best, but not the worst. A good shimano replacement, 20 minutes of time, and a press fit kit, and its fixed. The rims are more than perfect for the price, the carbon lamination is on point. My rims are just now starting to show wear on the break line. But nothing drastic. The rear hub fits sram and shimano cassettes, running a shimano m7100r cassette, with the sram apex 1 shifting group set. So its a perfect rim if you like shimano or sram. When replacing the press fit bearings, which you will have to do eventually, make sure you take the rims to a local bike shop. The bearings are not marked, and they do take a specific size press bearing. And my favorite thing, other then the rims can handle doing 62 mph, there uci approved. If you have a uci approved bike, the rims wont knock off points, or get you disqualified. And the rims are strong, there extremely strong. Ive tried breaking them. Which i do not recommend, got some bruises so you, as the reader can ride with confidence, there not gonna break if you hit a curb at 30 mph, and your 165 lbs. There a ridiculously strong rim. If by chance you purchase these rims, you will not be disappointed at all. And if your not a fan of the novatech hubs, there easily replaceable. Though, i will worn you, if any work is not done by a liscend bike shop, it may void the warranty. Other than that. For under 600 dollars, you absolutely will not find a better rim set.

Great Value!
Just installed and rode 5 miles. Wheel feels significantly faster than my old Bontrager factory spec. Rear wheel weighs in 40gram lighter. Bought a new extended valve tube for the front. Purchased new valve extenders for the rear. The provided extenders are junk but would work. Just go buy new ones. Comes with axles but they were heavier than the stock so I didn’t use them either. The hub is noticeably louder than my original wheel but quieter than others. I like the sound - it’s not too much or too little. Still messing around with the brake adjustments but so far so good. Will update as I accumulate the miles.

Bang for your Buck!
I have ridden about 300 miles since I got these wheels and they have performed so well so far no regrets. They spin very well. Yeah you may have an issue with the extended valve but if you follow the instructions you will get it right. I got another extended valve as a spare just incase…asides that .. great wheels! As per cross winds….my weight solves all of that …. Yeah once or twice I felt it on the front wheel but nothing scary. Wheels did me proud alongside some ZIPPS as per performance.. I love them so far. I ride about 100 miles every weekend and I’ll drop more information as time goes on.Cheers!

Not bad
Awsome wheels i have no issue with them and for the price even better. These are my second set for my other road bike. I was impresse with the first set had to get them again. The only down fall is the hub is quite but im okay with that it pretty good when you zipp by the other riders they dont hear you coming 🤣😂

I discovered that they have a ruff spot in the hub !!!!
Great wheel for the money except the hub on mine is defected and I am passed my return date … be careful

Carbon on a budget
Very good build quality! Tight, straight, and true. This is my 2nd set. I put the old wheels on my Wife's bike. They were still in great shape after 4,000 miles of riding. Only downside is the presta valve extensions are not the best. Buy a nice pair of valve extensions. I'd recommend a 50mm or longer for an 88mm wheel with 40mm valve length tubes.

Arrived!
They arrived today. I bought them for the 2020 St. George Ironman. They will be on the bike and go for a ride early next week. They appear to be true, and the new cassette appears to fit. I will update as I put some miles on them.Update: the valve stem extender for the rear did not work at all. The bike store tried everything. No go. I had to buy a different one valve extender for the rear. I was able to buy long valve tubes for the front. The 25mm tires fit perfect. The bike store commented the wheels seem to have a bit more flex than higher end wheels, but idk if that’s true. First ride seemed fine on them. It’s freezing cold outside, so I wasn’t in riding gear. Will update as I ride more.
