Rand McNally Georgia: State Map

The Rand McNally easy-to-fold maps are a huge help including this GA one. The map is easy to read, and the all of the interstate exits are marked. It shows you where the rest stops are, parks and airports too, and major land marks! The map speads even a little further than just Georgia. It shows the nearby towns and major roads of the adjacent states in case you decide to venture beyond the state of GA. I have the Rand Mcnally GA map and also the FL one. Both of my Rand McNally easy-to-fold maps have made traveling and map reading actually enjoyable for me! Oh yeah, and it seems very durable and spill/stain resistant (dry erasable). Get one of these maps for any state that you plan on navigating. Five stars.

Nothing beats a good map for providing an overview of a state and coming up with some alternative routes around construction. This map is sturdy, laminated, and easy to fold. The print could be a little larger. I need my readers to help decipher this one.

Perfect size. Not like the giant, overwhelming paper maps. Folds easily and flat in different directions so you can view the section you want without having the whole thing open. I haven’t tried it with a dry erase marker yet but I can tell by the quality of the laminate that it would clean up perfectly. This is the only brand and style map I’m buying from now on.

I had never driven in Georgia before, and as I was trying to get to Atlanta, I needed a map that was easy to read. This map was great! It was laminated, which makes a huge difference. With a regular map, the part you want to read always seems to be in the worn out folded part. With this map, you never have that problem. Also, you can spill your coffee on it, and still be able to read it. Clear markings, very helpful.

Even though we have a GPS we like having maps so we can take side trips. Now that we are retired, we have more time for adventures. We will be ordering more of these easy to fold maps for additional surrounding states. We live in SC.

Easy to read, smaller than a regular foldout map, and will be helpful on road trips.

Map is too small to allow sufficient road map information. Map is durable but not detailed so State issued maps remain a much better resource when traveling.
