So far so good will say make sure you measure this cover is definitely XL but for me in a good way. I have a manual wheelchair and sits in bed of my truck so it's exposed to weather and able to wrap my whole chair up and keeps it protected if I bought again I would get the large sized as this does have some excess material. But have had other covers that can't withstand highway speeds and tear honestly have had this few months and still holding up also not faded. Only issue and more a personal problem is do to size need like a clothes line to dry it out once it gets wet..

The first time I had to use this Cover it Rained but not very hard just a steady rain. Well once I took the cover off my Scooter the Seat and Floor was wet. There is Nothing More to add to a Wet seat.

Covered my electric wheelchair well and did as advertised, kept the elements away from my wheelchair. Once I used the cover to travel in rain, it ripped on me. The first major trip I had to use it on, was 500 miles. It will not last much longer. I will have to replace it.

This particular cover was way too big for my 4 wheel mobility scooter you could strap it underneath all the way around and backup all the way if you had to and I have a longer mobility scooter.

Although the cover was plenty large enough for an extra large Mobility cart, it was extremely thin. I doubt it will last long. I doubt it's waterproof (too thin). If my opinion changes with time, will update. I think about all it's going to be good for is keeping the dust off.

I use this for my full size 4 wheel mobility scooter and it fits very well with a little room left over and it keeps my scooter dry in heavy rain. The little bear logo is cute. I think most things cost too much now days so I dont think I can be trusted for a true value for money review. Anyway, I like it and I think you will too.
