This is a very good product! I am a woman who has snored all of my life, even as a little girl. My husband would sleep in the front room so as not to endure my loud snoring. The first night of using the smaller size ring set eliminated my snoring! When I awakened the next morning I noticed that I felt refreshed and could breathe better.I've been using the ring set for about a week now with the same results (no snoring as my husband sleeps in the bed now and I ask him every morning. LOL) I will say that the first time I put it in it was a bit uncomfortable but after about thirty minutes I could barely notice it.If you have small nostrils, deviated septum, etc. making it hard for you to breathe and causing you to snore then this product is a must buy!!

As far as I (or my companion) can tell, they don't actually do anything -- at all -- to lower the volume or frequency of my snoring, after wearing a combination of the pairs for over a week now. I have an issue called sinus disease, and my nasal passage tends to fill with phlegm once I lie down on my side. It's been like that all my life. When I was young, I slept on my stomach and never snored. But after developing back issues, I can no longer sleep like that, and instead, lie on my back or side. For some reason, that causes the snoring issue. So far, nothing has worked to alleviate the issue, including this product, and the other most recent one, a neoprene band that keep one's mouth closed. I'll be returning them for a refund.

Those seem to make my wife happier and keep the level of snoring down, even when I've had a drink or three. I find the non-ribbed ones tend to fall out sometime during the night, but as there are two sizes and both ribbed and non-ribbed ones, I solve that by just using the ribbed ones.It feels a bit weird at first to push silicone tubes into your nose, but I got used to it quickly and have not had trouble falling asleep.

These do not work for me at all. They look like a good idea and I sure hope they work for some people, but for me they actually hinder the flow of air through my nostrils more than they help. Maybe if they were wider and shorter they would work. I don't know. I have tried several things, all of which worked better than these, but I am still searching for something that works great.

Without the chin strap, this does not stop snoring, but the intake breathing is much easier.

This review is based off one night of use. Ive kept my wife up with my snoring for 10 years now, but the first night I used these, Im told that I didnt make a sound. Of course you have to get use to having something in your nose while your sleeping, but I found that these are actually comfortable. I also notice a difference in my breathing the moment I put them in. As stated before, this is from one night, so Im still a little sketchy...but 5 stars to start because of the immediate improvement. I'll update if something changes.

11 mm diameter with 20 mm connector strap is too small for me. Another product with a 15 mm diameter and 35 mm connector strap works well.The 20 mm connector strap is the real weak point, barley long enough to allow the tubes to be inserted at all into both nostrils. Might be fine for a child.

Seriously, these are definitely worth getting if you snore. I have snored for years due to a deviated septum and it isn't sleeping next to me. My girlfriend LOVES these things since she doesn't have to kick me throughout the night or go to a different bedroom. We both rest better. I also love how I can breath so much better with them in. I don't feel stuffy or clogged. It takes a couple of days to get used to the feeling, but then you're fine.
