Black ink cartridge
Arrived supper quick seems to work well no complains at the moment.

Both cartridges ran out of ink after only a few pages (~20 for one, <10 for the other). One leaked.
Headline says it all.

Good customer service
I bought two black cartridges but one stopped working after printing a few sheets. I contacted Matsuro and they sent me a troubleshooting sheet. This didnt help so after contacting them again they sent me a new cartridge which works fine.

Not very reliable
Not a good buy, the colour dried up after two days and the black after 5 days, although I had only printed off ten sheets of reports, replaced them both, they did last a few days more but not as good as the first purchase, now looking to buy original HP cartridges.
