I love this little case and keyboard, it does the job, it’s nice and easy to pair and nice to use. The only fault I have found (so far anyway - I only got it yesterday) is that I don’t have a number 1 button, but I have two “2’s”... it’s not a problem really, and certainly doesn’t warrant me returning it as I know it’s there, but as far as attention to detail goes I figured I can’t give it a full five stars for that reason.

Love this product. Haven’t had any problems yet. It is great use to me! There are many background colour lights as seen in the picture. The keyboard is easy to use and the keys are functional. You can change the language in settings, I have mine on UK English. The UK pound sign also works (£).

I received this keyboard, that I'm actually using to write this review.I've had it 2 weeks now and so far haven't had to recharge it.it works really well and I find it very easy to use and about the right size. any smaller and I'd find it tricky to use. it seems to do what I want it to do and seems to be responsive enough.Negative pointsThe keyboard occasionally falls out when unfolding, so magnet could be a little stronger, but so far it's holding on okI find on excel which is what I mainly use it for, when entering into a new cell, the first key touch seems to enter double so you have to delete the second character before moving on eg ££, SSale, 112345, etcNot sure why, as its OK on everything else you use it for.I haven't worked out yet how to change the colour of back light so I just have white, although I cn change the brightness.The settings don't seem to have much option to do anything??Otherwise for the costs etc it's a good keyboard and just what I wanted

Unfortunately within a month the keys on the keyboard came loose and I can’t get them to attach back on so not overly impressed with purchaseAmended to 5 star for the service alone!!! I wrote this Above review without contacting the company, they then contacted me offering me a refund or replacement!! AMAZING service!! Very very impressed, ordered a replacement today and hopefully this one is better, but yes, thanks again for your great service

Really happy with this keyboard/ case combo. The keyboard takes a little getting used to but if you are already using small form factor keyboards such as the Apple Magic Keyboard you should have no problems with this one.General build quality of the case and keyboard is good. My only real complaint is the lack of tilt adjustment for the tablet, it is either proped up in one position or flat. They keyboard keys feel nice to type with and the LED backlight is surprisingly bright and can be set to 3 brightness levels or off.Very happy with this case overall and comes recommended for any 2019 Samsung Galaxy Tab A users who will be using their tablets for typing or office work.

EDIT: Issue with cable responded to and part refund being processed. Very courteous and prompt service/reply from the seller. 5*service, thank you.Incorrect charging cable sent - have been in touch with the company and will update when issue rectified. Keyboard seems good - initially had trouble pairing bluetooth as although tablet was partially charged, turning it on and pressing Fn & C as instructed did not activate the bluetooth on the keyboard.. turns out the keyboard needed fully charging before bluetooth would come on. After that the device paired up perfectly. Unfortunately the wrong charger cable was sent with the keyboard.. the cable for the 2016 Tab A compatible device was sent and not the 2019 Tab A compatible keyboard, as the cable will not fit in the keyboard slot and so is useless. I had to borrow a Samsung S9 phone charger to charge the keyboard but will be contacting the seller to ask them to send the correct keyboard compatible cable. Again, I will update the review with feedback on whether this is dealt with successfully.

This piece of tech is phenomenal I was a bit sceptical at first on the quality due to the price as you pay for what you get but with this you get so much more for price you pay the backing lights are rate with 3 brightness levels and awesome colour to set to your preference my wife favour colour is purple and I think shes going to go insane when she see it. I test all the keys to make sure it's working and had no problems. Easy to set up and use which was great. It also has some android function buts which are quite handy the only thing I haven't managed to figure out yet is how to access the app menu from the keyboard lol it's only early days as I got it today so haven't need to charge it yet and look lovely with a smooth slightly rubbery case. I look to see how durable the keys and case is before it starts to wear and tear and become loose and floppy but so far I definitely have high expectations.

2 months on and the case has split and it looks like it will eventually split completely.The Company have come back to me very quickly and are sending a replacement.
