Civetta, Taylor, and Kirby's Manual of Critical Care 1st Edition

This is a great "manual" (it's big), overlooked by many people. It's choke full of information, presented in a notes format. I used it for my critical care boards prep (and was unable to finish reading it). It's great for reference, too. Definitely fellow or attending level.If you think it's too expensive for a manual (I do, especially for the KIndle version), look for the amazing prices from third-party vendors. Worth every penny, in my opinion.
