We Three Kings

A beautiful collection of illustrations simply retelling the story through the carol "We Three Kings of Orient Are". Not so much a story as a wonderful piece of art.

Bought this for my granddaughter. I am really impressed with this work of art.

The text is simply the Christmas carol, not the Bible story - but I knew that before I bought it, and am pleased that it's not some twee twaddle dumbed-down version. It has the music at the back.I love the illustrations - I think they are rich and evocative. However, I have knocked a star off because the chorus is the same illustration every time - and given how often it appears in this short book, that's a bit disappointing! It would have been nice to see the star actually travelling somewhere.Still, it's theologically sound and very beautiful, so would recommend to Catholics.

I loved the artwork and the different animals that the wise men (three kings) rode: Elephant, Camel and Horse, not all camels!Bought several to give as presents.Wish there was a poster or postcards of the cover without the writing as it is the best picture! Maybe there are Christmas cards with this picture? Now, THAT would be lovely and I would buy them!

Better than the pic on the website. A luxurious piece of art on every page. My pupils were blown away by the quality of the artwork.

英吾が堪能ではないのですが、シュプーリンの絵が好きなので（特価だったし）買ってみました。これは物語というより、歌の歌詞に対応した絵が描いてあるというもので、他の方が言っている「同じ絵が4回もでてくる」というのは繰り返しの歌詞の部分の事でした。確かに損した気分に。。。。
