Not very good and confusing info on how to use.
Bought this for my Cavapoo's tear stains, but the bottle has no ingredients listed, has no smell, so initially thought it could just be water. Emailed Show Tech and then got a PDF of ingredients, featuring boric and citric acid. Would have been good to be listed on bottle.After reading the ingredients document, see the first aid measures if it gets Eye Contact, saying rinse with plenty of water. This contradicts the YouTube video of them splashing it into and around a dogs eye (which they tell you to) .Having contacted them again about where to actually use it, i got this response:"The no More tears , its purpose is to clean stains , not eyes .If it comes into the Eyes, no problem . but it’s not a eye cleaner …. Than you have to be with the vet"I think they need to give proper conclusive guidance on using this product and what's in it.

Fantastic eye cleaner
Been looking for about 3 years since moving to Italy for a good product that stops tear stains. Thank goodness I found this one. It was recommended by a friend. I have Persian cats and it works 100%Will be buying it again.
