Delicious tarhana soup. Authentic taste and smell. The texture is perfect. Its like my grandmother made it with all natural ingredients. Its that good. Make sure to saute tomato paste before adding the water as this tarhana is white. Some of them are already red you don’t have to but this you need to. Its delicious. 100% recommend it.

Very delicious Tarhana
Finding homemade Tarhana, a very traditional Turkish soup, in US is such a luxury. Great Tarhana with the same taste in Turkey.

Instructions difficult to read
The directions were written in very small print on the textured bag that held the bag of mix. I had great difficulty deciphering them. I don’t know if I read them incorrectly but I did not like the soup. I added more mix, tomato and mint. I still didn’t care for it but my guests came back for seconds! So I had to give it 3 stars not one.
