Unable to remap keys

i was really hoping for this to work, i tried their key remapping software when i try to save it keep saying "no device" tired with 3 windows pc.

Mouse compatability

My cyber power pc mouse doesnt work fully with it. It will only move up and down not left and right. But when I plug a Dell mouse into it, it works fine.

Does not work

It does not workI connect my mouse and it turns red, I connect my keyboard and it goes green so that works but when I connect my controller it stays white and does not work so I would not recommend buying this product is it does not work
