I’m very disappointed in this phone case. After just two drops the bottom piece already broke. Not durable at allUpdate: I changed my review from 2 stars to 4 stars. Customer service reached out to me very quick and offer a replacement or money back. I’m actually going to give customer service 5 stars. But I’m waiting for my replacement case and have to further monitor the quality of it to give an accurate review.

UPDATE — I got tons of compliments on this case and loved how slim it is! It also protected my phone when I dropped it. BUT! after having them for a couple of weeks, the velvety matte finish is weirdly flaking off. I’m so bummed because I loved the color and texture, but went back to my bulky old rubbery case because of this :((Original review:)A lot of reviewers had a hard time putting the case on, but following the instructions it was super easy and quick.I like the slimness of this case and the velvety texture. The buttons click easily, and i like that they’re covered. I don’t know how protective it really is, or how well it will hold up to scratches and stains, but for the price it seems like a good purchase.I got the teal and it’s a little darker in person than on my screen, and the gold accents are more copper colored than gold. I really like it.

+ Beautiful and pleasant to the touch.+ I have no complaints about the cutouts and protective parts of the buttons. Everything is neat and accurate. Buttons are easy to press.− A rather tricky installation/deinstallation process. Risk of breaking golden parts. The fact that these golden parts are implemented separately looks strange.− Мinimum level of protection, especially I don't like that there is practically no protective lip above the screen. If one have a protective glass installed, one can say that the protective lip is completely absent.

Case is not made for an iPhone XR. I'm guessing it's for an X, maybe? Definitely too small for an XR. Very disappointing, as the colors are very nice.

I was skeptical of the three pieces but what an absolutely fantastic case this is. It is lightweight and stunning compared to my old case.

I just recurved this in the mail. It is beautiful. It has a great texture. Is very slim. I am able to slide it into my clutch wallet without difficulty. However the gold end pieces are immensely cheap. I don’t imagine them holding up well, or withstanding wear and tear. I’m sure they will scratch easy and/or loose their gold coloring soon. However I was in need of a cover fast and was unsure of which waterproof case I would be using... so this along with a screen cover will suffice until then. I would not trust this on it’s own to protect my phone, nor will I be throwing (much less dropping) my phone anytime soon. This basically makes my phone less slick,( easier to handle) while also providing a slight elevation (keeping the scratch-able surfaces: aka screen&camera safer)

I bought this for a cute case on my phone.Firstly, It looks awesome and very stylish. I love the look of the case.That is where the positives end, unfortunately.I have had 2 of these cases shipped to me and both have broken to be completely unusable.I know it may look great and the price might be great, but I am having to order a completely different product.It will not last!!!!!

Got the dark green with gold border and it was really cute! Always getting so many compliments about how pretty the case is. And the simple, classy design is perfect for any occasion. It feels pretty sturdy and tightly surrounds the phone. But it’s still slim and fits perfectly in my hand as opposed to the bulky, unflattering look some cases have.My only problem with this case is that it breaks pretty easily. Because the green base and gold borders are separately attached, sometimes they scratch against each other causing a break and the gold pieces end up falling off.Overall, very good look, definitely protects the phone from falls but after a while it just wears awayI’ve purchased this case twice because I really liked the look but both times they broke after about 2-3 months of use

Comfortable, slim profile. Easy to slip into pockets. (As long as pockets are big enough for the actual phone 😄). When I first opened it I though it would be flimsy, but I was wrong. Its holding up and staying together like a pro. And still no scratches from all its time in my purse along with keys. 👌. Microphones and speakers work without muffling or distortion. If I wasn’t such a fan of having a rare case (I have only seen one other person with one similar) I would recommend it to a lot more friends 😄.

Love this phone case - not big and bulky at all! Super sleek, easy to hold, soft material but still quite durable. Not “greasy” like some phone cases. Love the touch of gold to it!

It is for my wife’s new phone.. seems decent to me.. Easy enough to install and I think it will provide adequate protection for her.

I just received my case about 30 minutes ago. I like the way it feels and it looks nice. However, the quality of the gold rim is not very good. It does not fit perfectly on the bottom of my phone and it seems to be dented. Looking to return it which is a bit disappointing

It was a bit tricky to fit the pieces together but once I got it the fit and feel is great. Very pleased with my choice.
