Q: Can it used with shoes on fir hiit style workouts?

There’s nothing preventing you from doing that, but it would probably rapidly accelerate the wear of the top coating and wear the mat down fast. Probably not a problem if you never want to use it as a yoga mat.

Q: Would this mat rolled up fit into a suitcase? I'll be practicing on tile floors, so padding almost more important as the non-slip feature...

Hi there, thanks so much for your question! Our standard yoga mats when rolled up would measure approximately 12 x 68 x 12 cm so it may be too long to fit in an average-sized suitcase but all our mats come with their own complimentary bag to help transport the mat safely when you are travelling about. :) As for the cushioning, our standard yoga mats are 4.2mm thick. We have we designed our mats to have a good balance between cushioning and comfort, but also to do with stability and balance. We do appreciate that some Yogis may require more cushioning for their practice however. One way to solve this is that as our mats are made from natural rubber, they can be used as toppers on top of another studio mat. We have also released the Liforme Pad which can be useful to offering extra padding/grip where you need it most! Q: Are people really spending $170 on a yoga mat?

I was wondering this too. I get that the more you spend the better quality, but I thought $100 was high as high as it could go. The $30 one I have is decent, not great, looking to spend more for long term .. So many choices..
