I always check Dr. Weil's website before I buy any vitamins or herbal supplements. He recommends 50 mcg of Vitamin B-12 as part of a B-Complex that includes biotin, thiamine, riboflavin & niacin.

Great vitamin, no weird side effects, and the only methyl b vitamin complex on here without insane percentages. Watch out for any other brand on here. There percentages of each vitamin tend to be insane. I will be sticking with this one, regardless of the price, bc it works.
