My wife and I sleep on this grounding mat and you can feel the difference of not having one. First, my dreams are intense. Second, after a long day of work which requires me to run and bend a lot, I stand on this thing and my joints feel better. I'm almost 40, was a Marine in the war, so there's some wear and tear on my knees. They never really feel good, but after using this, I feel like the blood is moving through them better and my joints don't hurt as much.

I used a voltage reader on myself standing on my carpet and then on the mat and it definitely works! It felt good seeing concrete proof since you can't necessarily feel a difference from one day use. I highly recommend. It's sooo good for you esp in the cold winter months when you can't get outside much. I've also put this on the foot of my bed to sleep on it. It's big and great.

honestly i'm a big spiritual woo woo, but i used this religiously for some time and also got one for my daughter and neither of us felt a thing. i returned it and instead try to spend some time each day outside in my bare feet. its free and definitely works.

I tested this with a multimeter, set to AC. Voltage in my hand showed about 4 volts prior to touching the mat, went down to about 1-15 millivolts when I was touching the mat.In comparison, I likewise tested a fabric grounding-sheet that claimed to have silver threads woven into it, from you-know-where. It failed this same test.Whether grounding actually works to relieve pain, etc, may be open to question in some circles, but this product does accomplish what it claims to do -- it nearly eliminates the ambient voltage difference with that of the earth.

I didn’t sleep well with this grounding mat. It’s cold to lay on for first 15 min or so. Then it made me sweat & I stuck to it. Only used about a week before I gave it to my husband to use & I replaced mine with a grounding half sheet with is soooo much more comfortable to sleep on. This may is made well. Cord is plenty long. Stays snapped really well.

I'm still unsure about this brand. I understand the idea and how it works I've watched documentary about it and do it yourself videos. Therefore I tested this product with a multimeter and it seems to be a misleading measurement of continuity. As I'm trying to report a damaged product and why, The seller continuously points me in a different direction. Soon enough I figured out the seller does not know about this product being sold. I say that because the explanations / answers given to me keep changing through out every message. Eventually they ended up sending me a replacement, which I give them five stars for.So after the replacement I still had the same reading on a multimeter of almost no continuity. After digging into figuring out what was going on with the wire came to find out that it is severely resisted. Meaning the energy connection with the Earth is significantly bottlenecked in basic terms. So if this is noticeably working for other people, cool, but for my experience and discovery this product seems to be misleading.

I seldom write a review but really feel the need to give credit where credit is due. I love this earthing mat and have it across the bottom of my bed so my feet and lower legs are touching it while sleeping . I use to have to take tylenol pm and melatonin every night so I could get a good night sleep but no longer need. That is worth a lot to someone like me who doesn't believe in taking any kind of medication -being a retired nurse and knowing the harmful effects of same. I had to buy a second one as my cat loves laying on it as well . My sister and her husband just got one and they likewise are sleeping better due to it. Great product .

I have tested 7 of your mat Products bye using my ht118a meter reader, at my house I get over 5000 reading of Radiation and been having health problems because of not Detoxing from radiation and when I use your product Matt I get zero which is good, I been noticing my health has been getting better, i use when I sleep 7-8 hours everyday, I will upload to show proof of results thank you seller I recommend this product:)
