I wish I could give a 100 star* rating! (I've been buying humidifiers good and bad for many years. )I'm very HAPPY with my new HOPEME humidifiers. I ordered two of these humidifiers. They arrived carefully packaged and in perfect condition. The green color of the unit blends in well with my ocean/ beach themed home decor. I placed one on my livingroom and one on a stand near my bed. SO AMAZING!!! These cute little humidifiers are beyond genius in design! The set up out of the box just takes a few minutes. The cool mist brought immediate relief from the dry air in my home due to running my fireplace and heaters in the winter. I also appreciate the humid air for some health issues. These humidifiers run super quiet , and I also love the look and lighting feature. One added bonus is humidity for my indoor tropical plants and other 🌼's. I live in the mountains of Northwest USA. It's not easy to care for indoor tropical plants in my region, especially now during cold winter months. My indoor palm trees 🌴 and plants are loving these HOPEME humidifiers. I highly recommend purchasing this product, and I plan on buying more for my office at work and as Christmas gifts .

I bought this for my desk at work and everyone who walked by wanted to know what it was. It really pumps out the vapor and it is almost completely silent. I would say that if you use this for a 9-10 hour work day, you only have to fill it in the morning once and it will last the whole day. If you need it running longer before a refill is needed, there is also an intermittent vapor mode. It is barely 6" tall with about a 3.5" circumference at the base so it is very portable and does not take up much space. The LED mode isn't very noticeable in a bright office, but that's okay. It would make a really cute child's humidifier & night light combo if placed by their nightstand. It's very handy to have a USB-powered model as well because I can plug it right into my computer, monitor, or docking station. If you need to plug it into a wall, you will need to have a wall outlet to USB converter as it does not come with one. I'm actually ordering two more right now so that a co-worker can give them to his wife and daughter as Christmas presents!

If you're looking for a pretty small humidifier that could be portable, this is totally for you. Here's some things you might want to know: SMALL BUT GOOD QUALITY: When I received it I was thrown off by the size, I wasn't sure why, but when I look at the product picture it appears someone can hold it with two hands and it takes up both hands, but really it's smaller than that. The product page has the product dimensions,which are 5.63’’ x 3.46’’ x 3.46’’. So they didn't lie, but the picture was a bit deceiving. I've included a picture for scale, it would fit easily in one hand. But being little is another part of being cute! The little puppy figure inside didn't have flaws and paint on the face is good. The lights are also a really nice extra touch and can be cycled between colors. EASY TO OPERATE: The humidifier comes with three foam sticks, one already in the unit, and two additional ones. If you needed to replace it, you could. You turn the gray base and fill it with water, pop it back on and then plug in using the supplied cords and you're all set. Optional step: I washed the base and foam roller holder with soap and water before first use, because why not? NOT FOR ESSENTIAL OILS: If you were planning on using with essential oils, you want to check out something else. I hadn't considered it, but apparently it is not meant for that and it says so all over the packaging.

I was hoping for the best with this product as the reviews were mostly positive, but the cheap price left me somewhat doubtful. I should’ve listened to my instincts on this one. This is potentially the WORST product I’ve ever purchased off amazon. I will give it credit for being really cute and compact but that’s about as far it goes. The first product I received worked for about 5 minutes and then the LEDs shut off and never came back on. I gave it another chance, again because of all of the positive reviews, and requested a replacement item. However, the second one was defective RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX. Not only did the LEDs not work, there was also the worst smell imaginable that came along with the vapor that wasn’t there in the first product I received. It gave me a headache after about 2 minutes of being turned on. I had let the “cotton” wick soak for about 10 minutes in a bowl of water before turning it on so I know that it wasn’t just because the wick was dry. As far as the wick goes, the instructions say the wick is cotton, but it’s really some sort of styrofoam, as are the replacement wicks. I would NEVER recommend this product to anyone.

The little white dog looks like my Pomeranian, Ollie, and I thought this would be a perfect thing to help with his coughing fits. It’s super cute and quite small and definitely better suited for a small space. Ollie’s bedroom is 120 square feet and the mist is quite delicate so he’s not going to benefit from it unless he’s hovering right over it which just isn’t going to happen. He’s a dog and doesn’t understand these things. Anyhoo, the other thing I didn’t like is that the night light only came on very briefly when I plugged in the unit, three colors appeared then immediately stopped. Big no-no. As cute as it is, I’m sending it back and will search for one a bit larger for Ollie’s needs.

It’s so cute and perfect! It’s about the size of a soda can. Maybe a bit bigger. It’s perfect for my desk when I just want a small mist every once in a while. It’s quiet and was to carry. The water capacity is good if you want something occasionally.

This little product is tiny but mighty. I have long straight hair that is constantly a problem in the winter for static. Regardless of what I do or wear I'm constantly hearing the sounds of static when I move/pickup my hair or shocking people & myself. I figured this product was cheap and I'd read online humidifiers can help. I did not expect the results to be so immediate. Since plugging it in this morning I hadn't had any static issues, since it’s supposed to rain tomorrow maybe there’s some humidity I thought. I turned it off when I went to make lunch and drop off a package. Just in that hour or so I could already hear the static in my hair and shocked myself a few times when I touched metal. Just turned it back on and my hair and me are static free again. I'm now considering buying another to keep this one in my office permanently. My only complaint is it doesn't actually come with a wall plug. I was able to use my iPhone plug since I needed it to sit away from my computer incase of spills but I suppose if you have a USB outlet or hub you will be OK.

Instructions did not explain how to change the cotton swab. I didn't even know I had to use the cotton swab which comes with the machine, but it's just annoying because it means I'll need to keep purchasing this part if I want to use it long term. In terms of using it's pretty easy, but for some reason it tells you to use tap water only and not filtered or distilled water? I don't understand because tap water where I live leaves a lot of mineral residue. It's been on for the past hour but it has a funny smell which I don't like . Not sure if it's from the plastic or what. Design is cute, but I don't know if I would buy again or recommend I used a different model before that allowed me to use whichever water I wanted and also add essential oils. And it worked very well and for many years. Wanted to add another to my collection for my bedroom but not so sure about this new purchase. Buy if you like the cute design, but for something more versatile go elsewhere.
