I have used a mini Pilates ball for workouts for a while now, but I have been looking for new ways to level up the intensity of my home workouts. I recently discovered the use of a stability ball for strength training and stretching so I decided to try it out. I love it! I didn't realize how much intensity a ball like this could add to my workouts. I followed the recommended size chart for my height and intended use and, even though it is my first time using one, I feel the size is perfect for me. The included pump makes inflation extremely easy and fast. I like that the material is non-slip so when I'm sweaty and already having a hard time keeping steady I don't slip around. I've only used it a handful of times so far so I can't exactly speak to durability/how long it lasts, but so far it has been perfect and holding up well for what I am using it for. Would definitely recommend if looking to save a few bucks but get something that'll hold up to what you need it for. It may need to be pumped up a bit after a few uses, but I found that to be true with the mini ball, too. Very happy with this purchase!

This has helped improve my exercise routine. Easy to inflate- good support. It actually helps roll out the kinks after sitting at my desk all day. I am 5’5, so if you are taller you will need a bigger size

I purchased 5 of these to use in a classroom as student seating. I bought the small ones advertised as 15-18 inches (38-45 cm) so they would fit inside milkcrates as the base. The balls are stable and easy to inflate. Also great quality for the price. They were a little bigger than I expected. If you don't inflate them to 45 cm, then they don't really work- too underinflated to sit on if you try to get them to be 15 inches or 38 cm. Was able to use with square laundry baskets.

I bought this upon the advice of my massage therapist, who said it would help me stretch out various muscles, as well as my physical therapist who uses them for various back exercises with me. I thought it would be great if i could have one of my own to continue the exercises at home.It comes with accessories - a pump, forks to remove the stopper, stoppers, a measuring band so you know when the ball is fully inflated. I made sure to order the correct size for my height, and what i planned to use it for (exercise) and i chose green as it’s my favourite colour.Initially, when i got it fully inflated, i was scared to put my weight on it, in case it “popped” like a balloon, however, it remained in one piece, and i was able to achieve wat i wanted to achieve, including putting my full (somewhat hefty) weight on it.It performs well, is a great price in comparison to some others, and has a 2 year warranty, which i think is pretty awesome. There’s also a support number to call, an email address, should you have questions about the warranty.And i love the colour.Following the few minutes I’ve spent using the ball, my back does feel somewhat relieved, but this is only my first day using it. I’m very happy with this purchase

This is a good ball but I really thought 45 cm (15 inches) was smaller. I need about 1 12 inch ball. But this ball is not too big either. I can sit on it like a chair and keep it stable with my feet, or lay on it and keep it stable without rolling all over the place. I have only had 55 inch balls or 65 inch balls before and they were always difficult for me to control. My daughter and I are 5'1" so this works pretty well for laying over and sitting on. I have not had it long enough to comment on how sturdy it is. But it had been holding air pretty well. I could have used a bicycle pump to inflate it but wanted to try the enclosed pump. It was hard for me to pump up with the enclosed foot pump because it kept slipping around on the hardwood floor, but it did pump up well and was fairly easy to get the plug in without losing air.
