I've bought these insoles a couple of times now as they do great all round job of supporting my heels and arches. Really comfortable and are like walking on clouds. The only down side is the bottom are partly gel which aren't the most durable over time if you use these daily for sports / running ect.

I have had really bad heel pain, due to plantar fasciitis, since putting these in my work runners, I'm almost 100% improved, I've bought 2 more sets for other shoes, arch support is brilliant and the retain they're shape

Needed this support for my feet as suffer arthritis in my foot . These are really comfy easy to put into my trainers and they work for me just walking about

Great arch support but the heel support doesn’t feel great so far.Could definitely do with some extra padding on the heel. I personally stand for around 9-10 hours a day with a little walking about throughout the day, so these could be great for someone that maybe does a lot less standing than that. But for me and what I do, I will probably try some other options.Good price though and didn’t require any cutting for my size 10, and was a massive upgrade over the included insoles that came with work trainers
