Product good but damaged
The product had opened a little and leaked into the bag. There was the option to exchange it but it didn't seem worth the effort for the cost. I used it and it was a perfect match for husband's medium brown dress shoes. Covered up the scrapes and color damage perfectly and completely.

Not pilish, just a grease
It doesn’t polish the leather as I would expect it to. Just paints dark brown and make shoes look oily. 👎🏻

They eliminated the device to open it.
I had the take the package to a vice and open with channel lock. Insane design.What were they thinking eliminating the device to open easily.
