Good for rounding meal flavor while dieting or clean bulking
Thick and Spicy is my favorite, but they all get the job done. These aren't sauces to replace your fridge condiments - they're to help people achieve personal fitness or health goals without sacrificing all of your meal options. They don't taste like gourmet BBQ sauces because they simply CANT without having some fats/carbs/etc. With the understanding of what you're actually buying, they far exceed my expectations for flavor and usability in different dishes. When you can't have any fat/carbs/salt above your calculated Macros when you're on a cut or a bulk, the Walden Farms BBQs, and even the different Ranch flavors or other salad dressing substitutes will PERFECTLY fill the flavor void. Not saying all healthy dishes taste bad, but when you're eating lightly spiced baked chicken, steamed veggies, and plain potatoes or rice, these are life savers...

Don’t waste your money. I threw all the bottles in the trash. No one would eat them as they were really bad. Just skip the sauce if you need sugar free.

It's ok
It's okay. Not thick and not sure if you should actually cook with it more for like a dressing or top your meat after cooking. Not sure but not bad but loaded with splenda.

great way too add flavor not calories
Waldens line of products rerally solves the problem of extra caloies ruining a diet... I mean what good is dieting if everything you add to a meat or salad is loaded with lots of calories? I am slowly trying out a lot of these and havent been disappointed

Good Flavor
I have only tried 2 of the 4 flavors, byt was very impressed at the flavor added to my BBQ meats. I didn't rate them as 5 stars only because they have a thin consistency that doesn't stick to the meat like a traditional sauce.
