I took this while I was pregnant and it was the only thing that helped stave off the "mommy brain" fog I was fighting at work. I was constantly nauseous in general, but this flavor really only tasted like your lip gloss or something. very mild. Not fishy at all, unless it gets old. Highly recommend it!
