It takes 6 hours to charge. It works for about 30 minutes before needing a new charge using the low setting (instructions say 40ish) so, close. I don't use the high setting because the low works fine. I have charged it twice and done 3-4 pairs of sweatpants, 2 sweaters and a sweatshirt dress (as shown in pics) and right now, it still has a charge from the 2nd charge. My only con is that the fuzz collector storage area is so small and I have to empty it every minute or two. Other than that, it works great.

I've seen these things for years but didn't believe they worked. Well, (hate to admit it but...) I was WRONG!My father has some well loved cardigans and they are showing signs of that love. So I pulled one out and went to work on a small section and within short order there's a definite improvement. This sweater is so old I'm not sure I can bring it back to it's full glory but it looks a darned sight better already with less than 5 minutes effort on the front side (which filled the lint reservoir). Including photos with a before and after about 2 minutes of effort in one area.I'm sure if you use this at first sign of pilling it will keep your sweaters in prime condition. This was one tool I never knew I needed...but I'm glad I finally broke down and tried it!

I have a few older bras that I absolutely love however over the years from normal use the band got pretty pilly. I kind of moved them to the back of my drawer and didnt use them much as they looked pretty beat up. Well that was until I found this neat fabric shaver. Not only is this nifty tool rechargeable but it brought life back to my old beat up bras. I cant believe how well it worked at removing all the ugliness and in just a few moments. I wish I would have looked into one of these much sooner. Look at the photos below to see the results. To me it looks like a brand new bra! I have a few tops I have used it on as well. This is an great item to have, I use it a lot.

Not like the old fabric shavers that I thought never worked. This one works well and it saved 2 articles of clothing I thought were finished because of the pulls on them.

The media could not be loaded.  For $10 you can't possibly want more! This little thing is amazing! I have a few spandexy undershirts that I wear often and were looking really ratty and hopeless. I just received the fabric shaver in the mail today and was surprised that it was already charged when I opened it! So I put it to use right away on my one undershirt. It was easy to use, noise level was about what you'd expect, and power seemed to be great! I used just the lowest setting and that was sufficient. I had to empty out the lint collector twice, my shirt was so bad. Emptying out the container was fast and easy. I'd recommend this 100%, like I said for the money, you really can't ask for more. This is a great buy!

I have only used this on cashmere sweaters so far and it did a good job. The shaver arrived with a charge on the battery so it is good to go right out of the package. Comfortable to hold in the hand as you glide it over the knit. The only drawback is that because of its size the lint compartment fills quickly and you may need to empty it multiple times before you are done shaving your sweater. Most lint will just shake out of the compartment and the included cleaning brush gets to what remains.

Great price. Great results. Simple to use. The only issue I had was the tray for the excess lint. It could be a bit more secure, as I had it fall out a couple times during use. My solution (pictured) is a simple piece of tape over the seam. Now it stays in place just fine. For the price I’m not going to complain. Worked great on my wool shirt as well as the throw pillow I have pictured here where I took the photo after I was half done to show the difference.
