Easy to Use
I am a fan of General Finishes products. This one met all expectations other than it did not "level" as well as some other urethanes I have used. However I did love the finish, the ease of application, that there was little smell associated with the product, and that it was water clean-up. I will use it again as I do more floor restoration.

Not adequate for high traffic flooring
I applied 4 coats to my beautiful new African Mahogany stair treads. After a month of curing, I can still leave a deep groove with my fingernail. I had sealed it with their Seal-a-Cell product (waiting 3 days after), so I'm not sure what else I can do. They'll be trashed in 6 months if I install them like this. This caused a real dilemma since I've already demoed the stairs, so I had to temporarily install vinyl while I figure this out.General Finishes has some nice furniture grade products, but Pro Image seems to be a very recent addition since it's the only one missing on some of their full product lists, and it's the only one for flooring. The guys at Rockler didn't even know it existed. Flooring durability is a whole other league. Also their support is non-existent. No phone, no EMAIL, no support forum.Upon further investigation, it seems Bona products are far superior. Bona Traffic HD is their flagship, albeit very touchy about application mistakes and later repairs can be problematic (it's only recommended for professional installation by a flooring person familiar with the product). It's a poly, but different enough that you can't mix with other polys. So you may have to do a full sand & re-apply when it eventually wears out.I only know that Pro Image doesn't cut it for high traffic flooring.
