Res-Q 1250 Omega-3 Fish Oil Capsules

I have been taking Res-Q 1250 for at least 10 yrs., It does help reduce my cholesterol which is really high, even though my weight is not high. I can't take any cholesterol medications due to allergic reactions from all of them. I did smoke about 10 cigarettes a day, but stopped 2 yrs. ago (cold turkey). Since I stopped smoking and taking Res-Q 1250, my figures dropped from 385 to 236, which is amazing. My high cholesterol runs in my family. I did go off Res-q for about 1 yr. and took a OTC Fish Oil, and my figures didn't drop nearly as much, only 325. So, I started taking Res-Q 1250 again, and the 236 figure is what I have now, so these capsules do work for me very well. I am exceptionally pleased with them, and grateful they work on me so good.

I have tried various fish oils and have mentioned them to my doctor while doing my annual blood work.Res-Q 1250 provides the best reports on my health. It is not the least expensive, but it is Omega 3 oil.It is like Mobil 1 for your heart. (i am a car guy and like the analogy)

This is my Omega 3 fatty acids. I use it to decrease my cholesterol level. I take it with food and no fishy burps.
