Ukrainian Bell Carol: Sheet (The Alfred Duet Series)

This is a fascinating arrangement of a much loved Christmas carol. Both challenging and demanding, it is not for the faint of heart. The arrangement shows great insight into the four note motif and carries the “dies irate” a bit farther than expected. Love it! My students love it. Their audiences love it. Each year a new duet pair begs to be the ones to play it.

This is a very clever and entertaining arrangement of a piece of music that nearly everyone knows. Every time my partner and I play this in public, the audience goes wild--it is a very physical piece to bring off. But you had better be on great terms with your four-hand partner--at times you are actually on top of each other!

What a great great duet!!!!! My two daughters purchased this after seeing youtube video of it and they are using it for a talent contest. Also they will play it at Christmas for the rest of their lives. Great memories created.
