I bought this kit about 7 months ago. No problems at all then the light just stopped working. I contacted their customer service, explained the problem, and within a week or so they shipped me a new light. The product is very good, and the fact that they stand by it is great. I'd give 6 stars if I could. I will definitely be a return customer.

Pretty easy to set up. High quality. One part was defective and stopped working within a few days- I contacted the seller, they responded quickly and had a new part shipped out within 24hrs. That customer service to me is worth 5 stars alone!

It does exactly what I needed it for. I now have an indoor salad garden for winter.

I would give this kit 5 stars if it weren't for the glitches. The quality of the tent is great. It is thick, the zipper is sturdy and everything is well built. The fan and filter are of good quality. The light is very bright. There were lots of accessories included which are very handy. All in all a complete kit.Now my glitches. The fan and filter box came completely destroyed. It appears that I received a kit that had been returned. It had no packing materials, things were missing and the fan and filter were dented and damaged. I contacted BloomGrow, sent pictures and they sent a replacement box asap. It came packed well with no damage. Then about 2 weeks into using it, the lights quit. Again I contacted the company and they had me send it back. As soon as they received it I was asked if I wanted a replacement or a credit. I requested the credit and it was in my account the next day.I realize that glitches can happen. It's life. But the attention to customer service is what makes the difference. I received quick responses to my emails and was taken care of in a timely manner. That is what differentiates a scam company from a legit one.

Light only lasted one growing season (4 months). Bloom grow never returned my phone calls, so I was stuck with faulty product.

It’s a lot of cheap stuff thrown together. Wish I could get my money back. My online carbon filter fan also stopped working dagger having it for a month and a week. It’s crap don’t get.

Tent was easy to set up, all works well. Happy with purchase.

Just received today was so excited! BUT!!!! they come with 4 light panels 1 of the panels do not work, called Amazon to just switch the light but they can not do that. They gave me manufacturer phone number but it is someones personal phone. They should not sell products if they can not give the correct company information. DO NOT BUY. Waste of Money and Time. To hard to handle
