Festive children's animation following the adventures of a young elf who graduates to Santa's workshop. Unfortunately, as hard as Spike tries, he struggles to adapt to life in the workshop and causes no end of trouble. In a bid to prove his worth he volunteers to undertake the important job of carrying the bag containing the letters to Santa sent by children all around the world. Things take a turn for the worse when Spike loses the letters and must attempt to fetch them from a vault safeguarded by penguins and coveted by a polar bear... From the award winning producer of Jungle Bunch, Spike is the amazing story of how a little elf saved Christmas.

My 2 year old son loves this.
My 2 year old son loves this. We watch it every other day and it's one of those children's movies you won't find annoying to have on in the background. The plot is complex and the story is long for a 2 year old, some might say, but it consistently keeps my son entertained while he is playing on the floor. He asks for it whenever we go to browse things to watch together. He loves the workshop scene, the penguin bank scene and the huge robot scene, and laughs and acts out those scenes. Cute characters, beautiful and complex animation, rich story and plot - I am currently looking for more films like this on Amazon and hope the creators have similarly good content available to stream on Prime.

6 year old laughed pretty hard and really enjoyed it. A bit obvious on some parts, but it is for kids. Was a fun family time for us.

My son liked it well enough
Very cute family film for family movie night for children between ages 6 and 10. My son liked it well enough, but doesn't really hold adults' attention. Good for when the family is over and you need the kids to have quiet period. Has some social commentary about women in the workforce.

Its ok.
3 stars for being a good movie for kids, not 5 because my son didn't really like it. He love the Ice Age series. It's up to him what gets 5 stars.
