Finally Cured My Infection!
I had been dealing with an extremely painful fungal ear infection for about a month without realizing it was a fungus problem instead of impacted wax causing bacterial issues. It is extremely costly and difficult for me to visit a doctor and I was treating the problem as I have always successfully treated bacterial infections in the past but was having only limited success. After purchasing a small device that would allow me to view in my ear with a wireless camera, I realized that instead of the classic signs of bacterial infection, I was seeing a strange white jelly-like film coating the ear drum and causing a great deal of redness and irritation. Further research suggested a fungal infection caused by wearing an AirPod earbud for too long in that ear and blocking air flow to the canal. I read that if a doctor saw these signs, they would prescribe exactly this type of ear drop because the active ingredient destroys the fungus’s ability to form a cohesive film. After just one treatment of two drops (I laid on my side for about ten minutes to make sure the medication completely coated the area before letting it drain back out), the jelly film almost completely disappeared by the next morning. This was after several weeks of trying a variety of suggested remedies such as hydrogen peroxide, alcohol and apple cider vinegar, olive oil and a first aid solution formulated for bacterial infections called Nixall. After trying each of these, I would see slight improvement but the film would immediately start multiplying again and I couldn’t hear properly or get rid of the pain.I have continue applying the drops just once a day for the past three days and the ear is almost completely healed. I have not experienced any side effects such as burning or itching.Great product, great learning experience...so glad the pain is gone and I can hear again. And much as I like the AirPods, I am going to use much more caution with those in the future.

Useful for fungal ear infections, if you know that's what you've got
About six months ago I scratched the inside of my ear, caused a bacterial infection which I compounded by impacting in a bunch of cotton, paper and wax as I tried to deal with the severe itch and impacted hearing. I finally went to the doctor and he flushed out a bunch of cotton/paper/wax mass, but he didn't get all of it. I was prescribed antibiotic ear drops, which only worked part way because I still had a impacted mass in the ear.So I bought the same kind of ear flush pump that the doctor used and I kept flushing both ears (as the other one got impacted too through poor cleaning and scratching). Soon the ecology of my ear changed as I finally got out all the foreign matter, but the constant flushing basically gave me swimmers ear. Hearing would clear up for a few days, then an accumulation of dead skin, ooze, and pussiness would reappear. I too, like other reviewers, bought a bluetooth otoscope with little spoon on the end so I could look in my ear and see what was really going on.What I saw was this white/cream sloughed skin mass that would build up every four or five days, then I'd flush it out and it would resemble a skin "funnel". Basically it was the entire surface of my deep ear canal that would slough off every few days, meanwhile my ear was constantly wet and would ooze every night. Hearing loss would go from 90% down to 50% and back again, which was at least better than when it was impacted by crap. But it wouldn't heal and the anti-biotic drops had no impact anymore. Neither were my ears producing wax anymore, I'd completely changed the culture of my ears to a swampy fungal mess.Another trip to the doctor who said they thought I had a fungal infection, something that you'll commonly read in these reviews. The fungal infection is always the SECOND thing they diagnose. Anyway the fix for fungal is pretty easy, clotrimazole in a liquid form that can go in ears. It's the same active ingredient as Lotrimin cream or Vagisil etc, but that form can't drip in your ears. Which leads you to this stuff. It's not harmful, but nearly impossible to find in the right form at your local drugstore. Veterinary sources are easier to find and it's the same stuff.I put it in and immediately noticed a difference. In a day, the stubborn left ear which had been hovering around 50% hearing went up to 90%, use of my little otoscope (high recommended btw) revealed no sloughing skin ear dam, just some irritation around the edges.I'm on day two of treatment right now, and you have to hit it regularly twice a day for about a week. I've up to 100% and 90% for both ears, they don't weep overnight like they used to and the itching is greatly reduced. Otoscope reveals only a fraction of the weird wetness inside that I used to see.Moral: Once you know you've got fungal, this is the bees-knees. If it's not fungal, it won't work.

Multi use drops
My son was prescribed this OTC medication for a severe fungal ear infection. He was in so much pain and within 2 days of using this product or cleared up! Great value for the money.**Note this is usually used for toe fungal infections but can also be used for ear fungal infections generally caused from overexposure to water from swimming for example.

expensive but efficient
Granted, this stuff is comparatively expensive. But there's something about the fact that its liquid that makes the fungus star disappearing in one week. You just have to be constant and keep using t until it is seriously, completely gone, or it will come back.

Not sure if product was effective for an ear itch issue after 3 days use but ears do feel better. Have no idea if issue is fungal related but glad i tried, no adverse affects. Bottle is hard to squeeze but that is as intended. Arrived quickly
